WARNING! ABANDONED.
The place is abandoned and they take bookings for it anyway.
Should be closed.
No staff no services bo food or drinks.
Nothing.
They took the booking and left us with nothing.
Had to book another place no refund.
Terrible worst place I've stayed.
Not that we stayed.
I left immediately after nearly falling through the wooden deck looking for staff to help with check in

The hotel is cheap and suitable for a family vacation. It also includes breakfast, which is very cost-effective. The service staff are very friendly. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain and you can see the sea at a glance. Beautiful scenery. It's very convenient to be able to walk to the beach. The accommodation was also very quiet.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The rooms are not big, there was a rock in the bathroom, it adds to the atmosphere. Breakfasts are good, buffet, there are always freshly squeezed juices. There are not many guests in the hotel, there was one of the pools near our room, all the days of our stay only we swam there. It takes about 10-15 minutes by bike to Chaweng and Lamai beaches.

Very picturesque view of the bay directly from the room. Friendly, attentive staff. The room was cleaned every day. For breakfast they offered scrambled eggs or an omelet with rice or vegetables, sausages, cereal with milk. Fruits offered were watermelon, pineapple, and papaya. Croissants with butter and jam, freshly squeezed juices were also present. You could make your own ham toast. Of course, the location of the hotel means getting around by transport. It’s not very comfortable on foot, but it seems that everyone on Koh Samui travels by bike or taxi, especially since there is always interest in seeing different beaches. The hotel is not new, but has beautiful locations for photos.

Old room renovated, beautiful view, but facilities are old and few. Staff are helpful, but electrical appliances are old. Breakfast is a set with few choices. Price should be adjusted down to be suitable for the hotel condition.

Environment: Old-fashioned facilities, door locks don’t work
Service: No room card, only glass door key, door locks don’t work
The front desk is a bit discriminatory towards Chinese people, they are enthusiastic towards foreigners, but impatient towards Chinese people
