"This is a lovely resort set in sprawling and lush gardens.There are x three pools to use as well as the amazing beach and views.Accomodation is varied We had a separate villa in the grounds bear to the breakfast restaurant It was spacious and airey with excellent daily cleaning 😀 The breakfast was great. Lots of choices.The staff team was delightful and worked tirelessly to ensure a great service . Smiling Nam often on the door, taking your room number. Lovely and an asset.Also, to Pan who readily engede in conversation. ALL THE STAFF at breakfast were FANTASTIC 👌 Thank you for a lovely 15 niggts stay. We woul recommend 1"

"the beach at the hotel is very still, calm and shallow. Great breakfast. found a caterpillar in our bed which helped intensify the tropical forest vibe the hotel offers. comfortable bed. great staffs."

"I had bad experiences in this hotel. Staff hotel tried to open my room at 6 am in the morning!!!! He knock the door too loud and use a spare key to open the door. I heard this happen and shocked that ***! is he doing. He said it was wrong room??? WHAT? but it was early in the morning!! The next day, a housekeeper open my room again without knock the door and don’t see that I put ”No Distrub” sign hang in door knob. (This was around 6pm) I was resting. She said she forgot to bring me a new towel when she clean the room… This was not impress at the hotel staff at all. I have to review my experience and I will not go back to this hotel again anymore."

"Not as clean as it should be - when we checked in to the room, there was sand grains on the floor. The sliding door also won’t lock, so we had to tie the handrails with the bed liner. The room is standard and general but with the price we pay, it’s ok. The location is in the prime area but quite a long walk to a convenience store."

"Stayed at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort in July for 7 days in a Standard Triple Room in room 125. Although the resort is an older one, as a budget level hotel it has satisfied most of our expectations. The room was large enough, with the building close to ”Sue's Restaurant” and to the main pool and to the beach. Room and bathroom were clean. As we asked for additional pillows in the room, we were provided. The buildings, villas were surrounded by lush garden, including the restaurant and beachfront, assuring comfortable shadow for those searching for it. The main pool has a comfortable depth, comfortable for swimming/playing, it's water was clean, although we preferred to swim in the sea. Did NOT encounter any jellyfish in the sea during our stay, so do not be afraid from this point of view! Beach towels are provided near the pool. Breakfast was basically good, although I would suggest to the management to provide beside a single(same) type of ham also some variety of salami. The same would be the case also for cheese, to provide 2-3 types, not only a single one type every day. I guess this would be much appreciated by the westerners who make up the majority of the guests. Initially we were afraid from load music until late night from the neighboring Ark Bar Beach Club, but our fear was groundless, the lush vegetation absorbed most of the sound, it was barely noticeable. It was touching seeing how the much respected owner of the resort, Miss Sue, was visiting one or two times every day the area near the restaurant and the beach while greeting ”old” returning guests and entering with them is short conversions. All in one, I appreciate that Chaweng Garden Beach Resort offers an excellent value for money ratio, and I would definitely return the next time to the same place, hopefully next year! "Great pool, clean part of the beach, close enough to walk to lots of cafes and shops. We booked as a family on one booking but were told at check-in we would have to stay in separate areas of the hotel… this was very disappointing as we had requested rooms close together. Manager wasn’t that friendly when we asked to change room to be closer together. Most staff working at resort were friendly and it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"Nice room breakfast ok but had to cross a busy road to go to the restaurant sometimes had assistance Pool opened too late 12.pm midnight so very noisy Not much of a beach so very disappointed as did not travel all this way to sit around a pool side! Staff Nice,friendly had dinner on beach food was cold and as I was solo I got mine last The picture of the beach was early evening and the tide was out so small area of beach Overall ok but very expensive for what you got Cocktails ok 👌"

"The hotel is located right next to the local landmark (Grandmother and Grandfather rocks), at the end of the beach. I was there in early June and the water was beautiful: transparent, very comfortable in temperature, clean. Unlike Chaweng Beach, entering the water was more comfortable, since you didn't have to walk very far in shallow water, but it wasn't very deep right next to the shore. The main street with food is a bit far away, but in principle you'll find massages, food and supermarkets nearby. As for the hotel, the service was excellent. My room was very clean. Towels and everything you need were changed upon request. They gave you water. In my opinion, the breakfasts were very filling and varied. There are sun loungers, a shower and a pool on the territory, as well as access to the sea. There weren't many people in June and the vacation was as relaxed and comfortable as possible. The only downside is that they couldn't check me (and other visitors) in before 2:00 PM and I had to walk for three hours. But don't consider it a minus. It's just always worth considering the prize will captivate you in any hotel. So I highly recommend this hotel. If you want a quiet and measured rest, then you will not regret it."
