While our team was actively investigating the source, the smoke level was high enough that it re-triggered the system at our security office, overriding the manual reset. Although our fire alarm is designed to prioritize guest safety — and in this case, it was being especially cautious — we recognize the disruption it caused.Following this incident, we’ve worked closely with our alarm system provider and security company to update the system logic. Moving forward, even in cases of high smoke detection, our team will be able to safely override and silence the alarm once the situation is confirmed and under control — helping prevent unnecessary disturbance to other guests.We’ve also taken note of your feedback regarding the reception experience and will follow up with the team to ensure consistent warmth and professionalism across all guest touchpoints.Thank you once again for your thoughtful review and understanding.
