Most comfortable bed that I found in a hotel. Super clean, nice staff, great location. Only minus :you can hear every single metro passing underneath the hotel. Definitely recommend staying on an upper level.wr unfortunately received first floor.

Conveniently located right outside the metro. Room was generally quite clean, bed was comfortable but we were very disgusted by our bath towels that had blood stains on them. It is very unhygienic and I advise the hotel to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the amenities.

The room (1 bed room apartment) was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I loved how central the location was – I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. This is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. Will definitely be back! Need to take note that the check in is done at Lisbon city hotel which is about 30 metres away.

The room was everything I needed. Check in is a couple doors down at the hotel entrance. This is area has many Nepali and Indian restaurants nearby and a walk to local eats. It is an easy walk to many attractions. I absolutely enjoyed my stay as a single female traveling alone

The location of the hotel is very close to the metro station, but the entrance to check in is in another place, which I couldn't find at first, but the room is quite big and clean, and it's very convenient to stay there, and the lighting is very good.

Pretty good in general you get what you need on a holiday and the city centre Rossio is only a 10 min walk away

Good place, was clean and no issues other noise from other guests

Reception is available 24 hours. The room is compact. Lift is available to access the floors. Machine coffee also available.

We stayed for 2 nights , Perfect location ,Hotel is on the door of. Metro, very clean and very comfortable bed . We enjoyed live in the Hotel. Whenever we visit Lisbon , book again, Recommend to my friends and family. Excellent

The address of the hotel shown on the website is different from where the front desk is located. When I arrived at the front door of the address, I found that it was locked and nobody answered the door. I waited for a while, and finally, a lady came from the other way and told me the registration desk was in another place which was 100 meters away. Except for this inconvenience, everything was fine. A 10-euro breakfast is great.
