Absolutely fantastic hotel, by far our favorite on Lamai Beach. The complex is beautiful and quiet, the rooms are spacious with everything you could wish for. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is half outside and well-kept. Cozy private veranda to linger on. Great pool and nice beach. Breakfast was perfect with changing dishes and even iced coffee at your table. The cocktails on the pier at sunset were delicious, we also treated ourselves to the seafood dinner for two and were not disappointed. The entire service team is motivated and very friendly! The beach is particularly beautiful here as it is slightly protected by a reef - also nice for a walk! Insider tip for eating out outside: Kawins Kitchen! Never had such a delicious meal - we were there 4 days in a row! Will definitely come back!! Parking spaces, even with valet parking, are available.

The hotel swimming pool is very clean and has its own private beach. The bathroom is very large, with wet and dry separation. The room is average in size. The disadvantage is that they do not take the initiative to change bath towels and refill mineral water when cleaning. You can call the front desk to request. Quite outdated hotel, overpriced with smelly bedding.
The hotel obviously try’s to take advantage of the former Le Meridien-status. However, with smelly bedding and especially stinky pillows, that succes won’t last
