Quiet hotel, away from street noise. The rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and ready to help.
Nice massage in the spa. The beach for entry is 10 baht nearby, clean with natural shade from large trees. Deep almost immediately, for us it was a plus.
Sometimes there is a smell from the canal. The rooms on the 1st floor are a bit small for me. Breakfast seems to have everything, but no frills and every day the same

Good outdoor area, friendly staff. Would not recommend booking the deluxe double room as the bathroom only has a bathtub but no shower system (no wall attachment), but the other rooms do.

If you’re planning to visit local attractions or dine out at nearby restaurants, be aware that you’ll likely need a vehicle, as they aren’t within easy walking distance.
The hotel itself is beginning to show its age, with certain areas of the structure reflecting wear and tear. This could be a minor issue for some, but it’s something to keep in mind.
One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the unpleasant sewage smell, which seemed to be coming from the canal that runs through the property. It was quite bothersome and detracted from the overall experience.
On a more positive note, the staff were very supportive and eager to assist with any needs or concerns, which was a highlight of our stay.
However, the breakfast left much to be desired, especially considering the hotel’s star rating. The variety and quality of the food did not meet our expectations for this level of accommodation.

The hotel is not next to the beach, 2-3 kilometers away, not convenient for people who don't have a car, or don't rent a motorbike. If you take the red bus to 7-Eleven and return, it costs 400 baht. There are 3-4 restaurants in front of the hotel.
The 2nd floor room has a very strong smell of pipes in the bathroom, room 204.
Breakfast is limited, breakfast costs 250 baht per person if you pay separately.

The location of the hotel was nice. However, the air conditioning at the hotel's reception was only working some hours. The air conditioner, which should normally operate 24/7, was operating at noon to save money. It did not suit such a hotel. At check-in, they force a deposit fee as if it was mandatory.
