We booked the hotel based on the rating, 4.1, where such numbers come from is absolutely unclear!!!!! The room stinks and is damp!!! There is mold on the curtains, the toilet is so bad that it is disgusting to go in!!!! We are honestly shocked, asked to change the room, we were told it is not possible, we asked for a fan in the room, they brought it to us, turned it on and dirt flew out of it all over the room, so much so that we had to call the cleaner to wash everything, change the bed linen, it's terrible!!! Then they brought a normal fan, but it did not help, in short, everything is bad!! True, the pool is normal, there are no questions there. The location of the hotel is, to put it mildly, not very good, there is nothing nearby. For entertainment, they take you to Chaweng and only one way, back 200 baht or a taxi is even more expensive. In short, we were very unhappy. It's good that we had this hotel for one night, we got out of there at 8 am without looking back, we highly do not recommend it.
