To sum it up - this hotel could be very nice with a private pool and a private beach. To be honest the room was very nice as well - you have enough space, it’s clean and the location is on the more quiet beach part (left side of the north of Koh Samui). Now to the bad part, right now it’s under construction and we got woken up 2 times at 7:30/7:45 from workers right in front of our room. You really can’t enjoy your trip there because you can not relax at the beach, nor pool, nor in your room from in the morning at 7:30 - 17:30. This is a terrible service and should not be accepted. Furthermore there is just one small
Caffè with expensive prices which is not even part of the hotel. In the end you pay the full price for a construction side. Be careful before you book it and ask about the construction. My prediction (it will be there the next few weeks). But they should have to be honest with their quests and not sell their room while renovating… We would not recommend the hotel at the moment. After renovation - maybe.

The hotel is very good, it has everything you need (swimming pool, gym, cafe, bar). A lot of plants. The interior and exterior are beautiful.
