ロンプラヤフェリー乗り場の隣で便利。
7時からの朝食前にチェックアウト。
フェリーのチェックイン後に急いで朝食を食べても、8時発のフェリーに間に合います。
今回は7時前に行ったらもう食べている人が数人いました。レストラン、6時30分からの営業だとさらに良いのですが。
22時頃にチェックインした際、前に2組待機。ウェルカムドリンクを頂いていたら、別の宿泊客席が並んでしまい、先に受付をされてしまいました。
30分程待ってやっとチェックインができましたが。
フロントに一人だけでは、待ち時間が長くなり、利用客皆の印象が、良くない物になってしまいます。
改善して頂けるとより良いと思います。

Our regular stopping point on Samui before we take the ferry to Koh Phangan.
We have stayed multiple times, rooms have everything we needed a a good choice of options at breakfast.

The hotel has a fantastic beach, but this seems to be the only merit of it. The property is very budget in everything. Most of the guests are low income Germans. Power cuts are the most common in the rooms, so AC and Wi-Fi are not working and there is no hot water. Can be good for seasoned travellers only.

Great location if you're going to catch the early boat to koh phang-nang or koh tao. It's right next to the pier. The property itself seems to be too big for them to keep up with maintenance. Dated rooms in desperate need of upgrade. Distinct smell from the drains in the bathroom.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Poolarea is clean and well maintained.

We only stayed one night in the hotel but the room was clean and pleasant. It needs little updating but who stay in the room in such a beautiful place like Koh Samui 😝

The resort has a nice location , so close to the sea and pier. It is very quiet and clean in the resort. The rooms are a bit old and the bedding is not comfortable enough to sleep though. The AC could be better as well. The Staff are nice and friendly. We booked the hotel transfer from the airport which was really good. The breakfast is a bit expensive for a resort, which I would not recommend. Overall it was a nice short stay if you would take ferry the next morning.
