Excellent hotel with a large territory, surrounded by greenery.
A spacious room with a shower-bath and a beautiful terrace.
The room has a small refrigerator, a kettle and the necessary set of dishes.
Towels (including beach towels) and robes (!)
Excellent breakfast (special thanks for the different options for scrambled eggs).
In the restaurant you can order local cuisine from the menu.
A pleasant swimming pool with a children's area.
A clean beach. There are sun loungers by the pools and on the beach itself, but they are occupied from 6 am by European pensioners.
The hotel grounds are well-groomed and kept clean. A mini pond with fish, vases with water lilies, paths with lighting.
The morning greets you with birds singing and, unexpectedly, a decent number of squirrels! This is great for both children and their parents.
There are cafes/restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby.
It's far to the markets and 7/11, better to go by moped, which you can rent at the reception from the nice and very friendly employees.

The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, there were new hygiene products, towels and 1L of water every day.
The complex is very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly.
Our bungalow was one of the more modern ones, some of the bungalows are from 20 years ago.
The breakfast was good, but by 9:30 the rice and noodle dishes were mostly already gone.

The hotel is far from new, it resembles a pioneer camp. You can move around the territory in a golf cart. The staff is responsive, we took a room to go on sea trips from the pier, which is very close. At 7 am, at our request, they packed us breakfast for the road.

Great location if you're going to catch the early boat to koh phang-nang or koh tao. It's right next to the pier. The property itself seems to be too big for them to keep up with maintenance. Dated rooms in desperate need of upgrade. Distinct smell from the drains in the bathroom.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Poolarea is clean and well maintained.

The hotel is located next to last on one side of Maenam Beach. The hotel is green, there are several large palm trees on the beach. We took the beach front. I really liked it. Large bungalow, has everything you need. Breakfast is standard. Outside the hotel there are streets with cafes, a travel agency and motorbike and car rental. It's not very close to the main road. The beach is clean. Immediately deep. The pier is not annoying.
Mostly married couples vacation. Everything is quiet and calm.
