The hotel is in a good location. The beach is the public Chaweng Beach. There is Central Department Store opposite the hotel. Various restaurants and massages are very convenient. I arrived at the hotel in the morning. I originally wanted to drive around the island before checking in, but my husband was a little airsick, so we went directly to the hotel to rest. A very artistic man at the front desk told me about the hotel's precautions, and there was also a reminder to check in at 2 pm. I asked if I could check in now, and he said that fortunately your room is ready and you can check in early. Thank you. The hotel facilities are old, but the facilities are in normal use. The breakfast is relatively simple. Because I checked out the next day and stored my luggage to go out to play, I consulted the front desk and they said that I could take the blue bath towel in the room out and bring it back at night. We had a great time staying at this hotel,staffs in the restaurant area attentive, i email reservations 1 day before our check in date no response at all! Our amenities wasn’t top up i have to call them, the cup that i used never wash, The place can be a lot more better with proper management no dinner available at this resort 7pm bar already closed

Great hotel.
Those who write that the rooms are "tired" - it is unclear what they expect in Thailand, given the climate.
Clean rooms, nothing is falling off anywhere. We stayed in a sea view villa - 501.
The only downside that can be found is breakfast. It was not included for us, it costs 300 baht per person. Very simple, there is almost no choice, but it seems to have everything (sausages, eggs, rice, fruit, coffee, sausage/cheese, toast). But at Samui prices for 600 baht for two, it is too late to have a great breakfast in the city.

Independent small villa with high cost performance. But the air conditioner is very noisy. You can go shopping in Shangtai when you go out. It is recommended to choose the deluxe room type with better location and room. I booked it in two orders. Later, I stayed in the garden room type and there was no hot water for showering. It was so annoying. I wanted to upgrade but it was fully booked.

This accommodation turned out to be the only one available for us in terms of price/quality and location (first line) from what was available on our dates, the other options were very expensive. We were accommodated in the villa furthest from the shore (near the reception area), probably we needed to pay extra to get a better villa. During the first inspection, we discovered that the kettle was not working, they replaced it for us. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak, so we used mobile Internet. The renovation in the premises is old, but everything seems to be quite clean. We had breakfast included (buffet), the diet is not very varied (omelette, vegetables, fruits, potatoes, porridge, soup, chicken curry, sausages, cheese, ham), but given the high prices in the cafe, you can get by with breakfast at the hotel. There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, a bar on the hotel grounds. In general, if you do not pay attention to minor flaws, it was pretty good.
