酒店位置極佳、前面是白沙灘、後面是商業街、去哪都方便。熱帶花園環境很棒、無邊泳池也不錯。早餐希望酒店能改善一下、每天幾乎一樣、品種也不多、

來蘇梅6次，這次這個酒店總體不錯，房間設施稍陳舊，熱水洗澡不夠穩定。訂的房型離沙灘近，沙灘非常棒👍🏻，沙子細軟，小朋友玩的很開心。出門吃飯購物非常方便，下次再到蘇梅還會入住該酒店。

1. This hotel was booked and paid for 10 nights. We checked into the hotel on June 4, and on June 5 we received the sad news of my husband's father's death. We urgently needed to leave for home to make it to the funeral. Taking your father on his last journey is a son's sacred duty. That's why we checked out on June 6, having stayed at the hotel for 2 nights instead of 10. I asked the operator to refund the remaining days, and the hotel promised to refund 7 nights. We agreed (there is a chat conversation with the Trip operator). But the hotel refused to refund the money, and we lost a large sum! This behavior by the hotel speaks volumes about its attitude towards its guests in difficult, tragic times. It is disrespectful to its guests. I do not recommend this hotel! Now it is clear why the hotel was half empty, although there are a lot of vacationers on the beach, but they vacation in other hotels. 2. The sun loungers on the beach are old, heavy, metal. They cannot be moved. 3. The hotel is tired, the area is poorly cleaned, when checking in, check the air conditioner: it turns on, but does not cool. 4. We ordered breakfast at the hotel, we were offered 3 different breakfasts to choose from, when they were brought, we could not understand whose was whose, since they were all the same and tasteless. It is better to have breakfast nearby in a cafe for 290 baht than in a hotel for 300.

Отдыхали в отеле в с 15 по 20 мая 2025г. Очень понравился отель и пляж. Вернемся в него однозначно. Тихо спокойно. Единственное что в домике было не очень хорошее освещение. Расположение отеля очень удобное при выходе из отеля сразу вход ТЦ Самуй. Да в мае на пляже Чавенг есть отливы но через 30 - 40 метров уже глубина и купатся очень комфортно. Мы очень любим Самуи и всегда ждем встречи с этим райским островом. ❤️

I recommend this place. Breakfast has a variety. Good atmosphere. Very convenient, right across from Central.

The hotel is in a good location. The beach is the public Chaweng Beach. There is Central Department Store opposite the hotel. Various restaurants and massages are very convenient. I arrived at the hotel in the morning. I originally wanted to drive around the island before checking in, but my husband was a little airsick, so we went directly to the hotel to rest. A very artistic man at the front desk told me about the hotel's precautions, and there was also a reminder to check in at 2 pm. I asked if I could check in now, and he said that fortunately your room is ready and you can check in early. Thank you. The hotel facilities are old, but the facilities are in normal use. The breakfast is relatively simple. Because I checked out the next day and stored my luggage to go out to play, I consulted the front desk and they said that I could take the blue bath towel in the room out and bring it back at night. I feel that the hotel is very cost-effective. If you want to be lively and convenient, you can choose
