We had a fabulous stay at Chaweng Cove, the staff can't do enough to help and appease you, location is perfect away from chaweng ***** which is very busy.
Breakfast was excellent fresh eggs cooked anyway you prefer, beach is narrow but we loved the big waves and lazing on the loungers, if you really want to get a lounger by the pool area get up early as they are all gone by let say the older generation don't know why you want to sit by a pool all day can do that anywere. Trips we like the Ethical elephant sanctuary which was nice and you feed the elephants and get loads of pictures. Zipwire experience was great fun 9 different zip line but go early as it gets very busy later in the day

The hotel is located in Chaweng Beach, but not in the most central place. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Central. The beach is a few steps away from the hotel, which is the biggest highlight. The overall facilities of the hotel are old. The poolside room I stayed in had a two-centimeter-wide gap above the front and back doors. When I turned on the light at night, mosquitoes would get in directly. It was terrible. The staff kept apologizing and repaired it the next day. I was too lazy to change rooms and thought it was troublesome, so I just made do with it for a few days. The toilet was even more terrible. It was full of small flies growing in the gutter. The whole toilet was full of them, flying everywhere. So you still can't be greedy when you go to Samui. You still have to stay in a 5-star hotel, otherwise there will be a lot of problems.

The hotel is on a quieter part of Chaweng beacon.
The pools location is great across the beach. The breakfast is good, I hope they can improve the breakfast by serving bean coffee, instead of Nescafe.

We stayed here as a family of four over the New Year holidays. Although it is a little far from the downtown area, there are delicious restaurants nearby and it is a great location for a quiet and relaxing stay.
The rooms and the building were clean, it was on the beachfront, there was a pool, and the value for money was excellent. We were also very satisfied with the service as we were upgraded to a connecting room with a balcony. We gave it a 4 rating for facilities because there was no bathtub and the front desk was rather dreary, but we had no complaints about our stay and it will definitely be on our list of options the next time we visit Samui.
