As mentioned in other reviews, the resort is located on top of a mountain. So you definitely need a scooter, or you have to call a taxi every time, which costs at least 300Bht per trip.
-Foodpanda doesn't deliver food here, Grab has a modest selection of restaurants
-Scooter rental is offered by the hotel itself, as is a shuttle service (both can be found cheaper outside the hotel)
-Laundry cleaning is offered by the hotel (but they only take it away themselves) twice as expensive as if you take it away yourself
-Rooms are pretty clean, but there was a "pointy white spot" on our couch from the previous guest
-Ants come to visit every now and then. There are always 10-15 of them in the fridge even though there was nothing in it
-The TV in the room has 10 channels, 4 of which work. One of the 4 channels is in English. Completely incomprehensible to me with a clientele of around 99% foreigners. Unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to be on Samui during a stormy period and had to spend a few evenings in the hotel, which was quite annoying + the TV is over 10 years old, screen sharing doesn't work either
-The breakfast buffet is sufficient, and you can also order food from the menu. Sweets like waffles and pancakes are not really recommended
-The pool is very clean, but most of the loungers are no longer attractive, it's best to put two towels over them and then you can enjoy your time by the pool
-I didn't visit the gym/conference room
Despite all of the points, I have to say that I would book the resort again. The view from the pool/sea view room is very nice.
The rooms are large and well equipped.
The staff were always friendly and helpful. Room service comes every day and brings drinks. Especially at Christmas time, everything was beautifully decorated to create a good atmosphere.
