Good hotel, little bit older buildings but clean. It has a very good staff
Breakfast is okay, buffet limited but choice is there to get a prepared egg dish.
Area is close to fisherman’s warf street. A lot of restaurants in this area have in general higher touristic prices, but you have many choices
Room is very big with balcony.

The location was great considering it is only 20 mins from the airport and near the famous Bo Phut/Fisherman's shopping street (walking distance). However, the whole stay experience was average. We were given the ground floor having paid the more expensive price for the sea view. The heater wasn't functioning on the first day (they later fixed it). There were mosquitoes inside the room which I had quite a few bites from them on my face. The room's lighting was quite dark. The layout is not to my liking (there is no door to the bathroom, so the aircon temp affects the bathroom). The cleaner did not change our bathroom floor mat for 3 nights, and the cleaner only changed our bath towels once (we stayed for 3 nights). Overall, it was not satisfactory considering the price we paid and this is actually a 5-star hotel.

The lobby was spectacular. We arrived at night but it still can tell that the hotel was clean and large. The employees were friendly and they always had wore a big smile on their faces. The room was clean and tidy, which had a big open shower space. Taking a shower with air conditioner was a little chilly but it was totally tolerable because the whether was so hot outside. Swimming pool was stunning with a wide view of ocean. It was pity that we cannot arrive sooner to enjoy the sunset in the pool. We will definitely consider staying more days at Hansar next time.😄

Amazing place, will definitely come back.
The breakfast is just perfect.
Cozy balcony.
1 minute to the beach.
Swimming pool.
Business room with strong Aircon.
On the alley which called fisherman village, but quiet.
There are various restaurants and bars on that street, and a ferry to a nearby small island.
The toilet flush is not working properly.

Really nice hotel with a great location close to the fisherman’s village and dozens of restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was really friendly and helpful and accomoded our needs perfectly. We booked a deluxe room with Sea View and were not disappointed, it was spacious and clean. Some wears and tears can be seen but nothing bad at all. Some equipments could be a little bit more modern like tv for example, but other than that it was great. Definitively recommend!
The breakfast and food served at the restaurant were good as well.
