We had a very nice holiday in the hotel. Best welcome drink ever, a fresh coconut with rum. Staff is very very friendly. The breakfast is amazing. Only the Deluxe Sea view Rooms are a little bit noisy, means you can hear every door and step on the hallway from the neighbors. But we would still come again.

We loved our stay so much we booked another week! Every member of staff from the reception desk to cleaners were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We loved the little extras such as the welcoming drink, free mini bar and finding new towels and water in our room when we came back in the evening. The infinity pool was fabulous with a great view and plenty of sun-beds. Turn right onto the beach and there is a small beach and access to the sea. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed in a garden view and a sea view room both had lovely views. I would recommend joining in the free activities e.g pizza making, yoga etc.Great variety for breakfast - something to look forward each morning!

Overall was very pleasant but had issue in the bathroom with unbearable smell of the sewage. They offer to change but seemed too much hassle.
Staff where incredible especially the chef.

It’s been a week since I stayed here at the Explorar and I’m still thinking about the incredible breakfast!
On arrival, the team were so friendly and accommodating. During check in we were served a fresh cool jasmine scented face towel accompanied by a young coconut and some local coconut rum. It was such a nice touch.
The room was very lovely and the facilities were excellent. We stayed in the private plunge pool room and it was a great addition.
The location is very convenient. We were able to book two scooters at the hotel to use during the stay, which I highly recommend.
The hotel pool and bar are not to be missed.

If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the place for you! Adult only hotel
The hotel is beautiful

Great service
The only downside is that you can't really walk anywhere so you have to take a taxi/use the hotel shuttles. It's only 5 minutes drive from fisherman village so if you're planning to take a motorbike it doesn't matter.

Honestly, impeccable- book here! Everything about this resort is luxe, clean and professional, there was no fault in our stay. Breakfast is amazing, so many options like western, Thai, pastries, coconuts. Attention to detail in the welcome drinks and treats left in the room. Complimentary shuttle service into town. Restaurant is pricey but delicious and the cocktails are great. There is construction work atm but it wasn’t too bothersome. Lovely to have space carved out for only adults and so the vibe is very relaxed. Service was impeccable by every single staff member we came across. The bed and linen quality will make you never want to leave your bed. Would def book again and recommend.
