We had a great stay at Ban Kaew. Staff were amazing - we received coconuts as a welcome present and staff were always very willing to help. My sister left at 5am and they woke up then to help her with her luggage. The location is great, 5 mins away from fisherman’s village and there are lots of eateries etc around, as well as a 7/11 just opposite the accommodation. The room’s flooring was a bit slippery and the water in the shower only got lukewarm, not hot and I like my showers hot so this wasn’t ideal but not a big issue as it’s warm in Thailand anyway. Also, the shower was very close to the toilet (just next to it, with no partition) so unfortunately the toilet always got wet when we showered. All in all, we had a great stay and I’d recommend the villa😊

A wonderful place to stay on the outskirts of Fisherman’s Village. The staff, room, gardens, pool and resort are brilliant. We had a lovely room with huge bed, large bathroom and sitting area. This isn’t a modern hotel yet the air conditioning was excellent, the bed huge and comfy, towels and bedding top class, great Wi-Fi (had online meetings) and the pool area was idyllic. Pop across the road to the local food market for cheap and tasty local food. We would definitely stay here again.

Super helpful staff, stayed late to make sure she checked us in when we arrived really late. Was very helpful, booked us a taxi for next day to ferry.
