酒店設備比較老，海灘還是不錯的

As a resort hotel, it's a good choice. It has its own beach, a nice pool, and the rooms are relatively quiet. However, I have to complain about the incredibly hot lobby, which felt like a sauna. I was sweating profusely during check-in and check-out. It's a bit hard to understand why a hotel of this level doesn't have air conditioning in the lobby.

We spent a long time choosing a hotel on Chaweng Noi, because this beach is praised by all the old-timers of Samui, we stopped at the Sheraton, because it is a chain and everything should be about the same. In the end, we REALLY liked the sea and the beach in general 10 out of 10, no waves, clear water, sand - flour, sun loungers are in different places, there are some in the morning. Breakfast is also 10 out of 10, very tasty, lots of fruit, tea / coffee waiters make themselves, the taste is not wow, but it will do. The territory is small, one mountain, it is difficult for elderly people and children to walk, however, you can call a buggy, though very often the staff forgets to call. There are free shuttles to the central. That's where the pros ended. The first minus, before booking I asked at the hotel if they see the categories that the trip offers, because the cost for a room with and without a sea view was very different, they confirmed everything, assured that you can book, the room will be what you need. As a result, 3 days before arrival, I write about confirming my stay, Sheraton sends a picture where it is written in black and white NO VIEW, I start to figure out how this is possible. As a result, they offered to stay for 3 days without a view, and then move and pay extra for the view (by the way, I already paid extra in the trip for a sea view), there is nothing to do, we agree. Upon arrival, we find out that they complimentarily upgraded our room type and we will live with a view for free. Great news, but it really got on our nerves. The second minus is the service. The cleaning was not bad, but in a week they still did not change our bed linen and one person was supposed to have 2 towels, the size of the small one, you can judge from the photo, the maids were asked to give normal ones, because such a napkin is not enough for hair, but everything is fair. The same with the service in the pool, there is no lifeguard or at least someone responsible for towels / umbrellas / sun loungers, etc. In the end, everything is decided through the girls from the children's club, who should be taking care of children, and not things on the beach. In the restaurant, it very much depended on the shift, sometimes the waiters themselves will offer coffee and clear away dirty plates and seat you at the table, sometimes no one cares and do whatever you want. There is a review of this hotel about the smell of sewage, we were very worried about this, we lived on the first floor in building 1, everything was fine, but going down to the beach, you can hear the smell of sewage, it is not clear what is happening in the rooms. But right in front of us there was a water purification plant that roared all night, it was okay to sleep, but specially choosing such a wilderness, I would like to sleep in complete silence. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 and good cafes, but there is no fruit, we went across the beach to Chaweng, to buy all the goodies there. When booking in trip it was 4 stars (now it seems to be 5), in Google maps it is indicated as 5. This is not a five, it is a four with a stretch, I looked at the price of 20 thousand rubles per night, this hotel is not worth it, do not waste your money.
