I had a great time staying here. I liked the breakfast; you could choose what you want to eat. I liked the swimming pool at the beach. Near beach, shops, pharmacy and restaurants. All staff is helpful and friendly.

**1/5 - TOTAL RIP OFF!**
Avoid this beach bungalow – ancient rooms, zero amenities, and UGLY decor. Way overpriced for a stone-age stay! 💔
Air conditioners don't work and the reception is far down on the beach enjoy hauling your luggage
The price does not match what you get you can get something a lot better for this price range in Koh Samui

Overall it's a really mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the AC adequate. Unfortunately it's also a pretty shabby looking places, the bathroom was frankly disgusting, and on more than one occasion the bathroom ceiling leaked liquid like a waterfall, as though the person above was overflowing a running bath. This happened even after staff came to fix it one night.
The staff are really nice and the housekeeping team are good, it just really needs a full renovation.

It’s a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the main ***** in Chaweng. It has a lovely corner of the beach to itself, which is great for relaxing. I highly recommend here.

Stayed here for 1 night. Bed and pillows are super comfy! But! The air condition is too noisy, couldnt sleep with it working. Without it you are sweating...Also there is a bar or club nearby and i could hear the bass coming through the walls till about 2 am. So for 1 or 2 nights its ok, but wouldnt recommend it for longer.
