**1/5 - TOTAL RIP OFF!**
Avoid this beach bungalow – ancient rooms, zero amenities, and UGLY decor. Way overpriced for a stone-age stay! 💔
Air conditioners don't work and the reception is far down on the beach enjoy hauling your luggage
The price does not match what you get you can get something a lot better for this price range in Koh Samui

Stayed here for 1 night. Bed and pillows are super comfy! But! The air condition is too noisy, couldnt sleep with it working. Without it you are sweating...Also there is a bar or club nearby and i could hear the bass coming through the walls till about 2 am. So for 1 or 2 nights its ok, but wouldnt recommend it for longer.

The room was amazing and the people at the reception very friendly. The biggest drawback is the location, can't reach by walk the main area.

We stayed in the beach bungalows but be aware that even though the photos could look like they are directly on the beach, the bungalows are not directly on the beach but maybe a 2 minute walk- still very convenient!
Big rooms. The beach side pool is beautiful. The beach side restaurant was very affordable and delicious.
Not near the centre of Koh Samui but good if you just want beach and pool. Nearby restaurants are lovely too. A shop located 3 minute walk away with anything you could need.
