服務很好，海景非常不錯，房間陽台很大。amber餐廳其實價格也還行，兩個人合理點餐的話可以控制在1800-2000株，口味是不錯的，炒飯和清湯符合中國胃，乾淨且精緻。早餐也是在amber，特別推薦現切芒果和現做的華夫餅！！在自有的海灘酒吧點個椰子，面朝大海躺在躺椅上發呆也是個不錯的選擇。酒店有shuttle bus環島，central festival那站可以步行到查汶沙灘，查汶沙灘實在不推薦，人又多又雜，海水質量還不如酒店的，我們抽了半天坐班車去的central，逛了不到倆小時就自己grab打車回酒店了，從central到酒店差不多700株。air bar的價格還是很實惠的，點一杯看看夜景剛剛好。（酒店唯一的缺點是需要等到下午3點左右才能辦入住，我們舟車勞頓，和酒店商量了一下，2點多也給我們辦理了）

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. Although the location is quite far from shopping areas and restaurants, the excellent service from the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, this is a great choice.

此次蘇梅島之行住了三個酒店，洲際是最後一個住的也是最滿意的，公區超美，漸變的海水令人心曠神怡，訂的俱樂部房型，每天都有下午茶和happy hour，也嘗試了zest和flames，相比之下zest好吃很多，價格也更實惠，一定還會來洲際，太舒服了。

酒店海景一流，服務態度很好，房間裝飾及衞生情況也很好，屬於比較高的水準。幾個小缺點，每天早餐重複率較高，酒店海灘不大好直接下海，位置離熱鬧的區域比較遠，適合窩着不出去的那種。
