第一次來蘇梅島，選擇Vana Belle真的是選對了！酒店有私人海灘，一共79個房間，房間有私人泳池，去哪裡都有golf cart接送，超級方便。酒店有兩個餐廳，一個泳池bar，西餐廳kiree,泰餐廳panali都非常美味，早餐有菜單可以單點也可以自助，孩子們都非常喜歡這種形式的早晨。Hosekeeping姐姐一天打掃3次，還給我們畫了全家福，太讓人驚喜了！由於入住當天我們對房型有些疑問，前台主管MS BOU非常耐心、專業的給我們解釋，而且最後一晚升級了兩個房間，體驗感瞬間拉滿！！
It was really a great choice to pick Vana Belle for our first visit to Koh Samui! The hotel has a private beach and a total of 79 rooms, each with a private pool. Golf carts are available to take you anywhere, which is super convenient.
There are two restaurants and one pool bar in the hotel. The Western restaurant Kiree and the Thai restaurant Panali are both extremely delicious. For breakfast, you can either order from the menu or enjoy the buffet, and the kids love this form of breakfast very much.
The housekeeping ladies clean the rooms three times a day, and they even drew a family portrait for us, which was such a nice surprise! Since we had some questions about the room type on the day of check-in, the front desk supervisor Ms. Bou explained everything to us patiently and professionally. What's more, we got an upgrade to two rooms on the last night, which made our experience absolutely perfect!

5星🌟，服務非常好，每個服務員都是用心在服務，海灘非常好，沙子細膩，沙灘的服務也非常好，總之這是蘇梅島服務最好的酒店，早餐是半自助半點餐，早餐吃的特別爽，酒店雖然不大，但是蠻精緻的，很温馨，另外門口那個保安引導過馬路和過車的大爺也特別好，反正沒有一個不好的！

此行最好最好的酒店。服務好，環境好，硬件房間好，海灘麪粉一樣好，海水果凍一般好。
去了泰國好多次，曼谷，芭堤雅，華欣，甲米，清邁和普吉。這次來了蘇梅，行程裏最完美的一站。叢林房都能看到海，洗漱用品是panpuri，床品乾淨，開夜床送點心，服務好的不得了。早餐還是點餐的，一切都是那麼完美。

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The beach is really beautiful, the sand is soft, the sea is blue, and the staff of this resort are very friendly. I will stay here again next time.
