The hotel is too far spread out. It’s absolutely beautiful. The property is beautiful. They never sent me anything refreshments to start the trip off. She said that she would send them and she didn’t. The service is lacking. You had to wait for golf carts 5 to 15 minutes every time so if you’re in a rush to get anywhere, don’t be.

酒店很安靜。周圍就沒配套了。有免費班車去查文海灘。去那比較熱鬧，吃喝玩樂比較多。酒店內出行都要叫cluncar，稍微等等。床邊放的小費都沒拿，50朱不知道是不是嫌棄少😂

This is my second stay at the Ritz-Carlton. I basically stayed in the hotel and didn't have to go out. You can snorkel and see small fish on the beach and catch crabs. The tide is a bit big, so you need to pay more attention to safety. I took my baby to the children's club in the morning and basically went to the beach to lie in the afternoon. The Thai restaurant tasted good. Cleaning was done twice a day. The hygiene depends on the person. Sometimes it was clean, and sometimes it was worse. The breakfast tasted okay. The waiter in charge of the innermost window area had short hair and was not very friendly to Chinese people. I stayed for four days and he served me every time. He would not take the initiative to ask if I needed tea or coffee. I had to ask for it myself. What's more annoying is that today is Valentine's Day. The hotel prepared roses for ladies. White people took the initiative to send flowers. My husband asked for my flowers, and he pretended not to understand, which affected my mood. The other staff members I met were all smiling. Except for this one thing, it was very comfortable to stay in the hotel at other times.

酒店裡的大多工作人員都比較友好，尤其是餐廳，路上遇到都會主動打招呼問候。住的那幾天酒店人很多，早餐9點以後去都需要排位等候。酒店的環境不錯和照片相差不大，前台的景觀水池那觀看晚霞很美，泳池也非常大，不過沙灘的沙粒比較粗，不如Chaweng海灘的細沙。
此次入住大部分還是滿意，除了剛入住當晚房間裏沒有熱水有些掃興，打電話告知前台找工程師整修，但是過了近45分鐘也沒等來熱水，又由於當天國際/國內飛了一天航班很晚才到酒店已經很累了，最後澡都沒能洗成就睡了。 事後兩天前台和值班經理均沒有一個人主動來對此無熱水事件作出解釋和表達歉意，這不符萬豪旗下定義的奢華五星酒店標準，直到最後退房時問我入住感受時我提了出來，前台才對此表示了歉意。
