Beautiful place near the beach very calm

Booking was misleading. Rejected refund request that was made less than 5 minutes after booking.

We lived in a villa on the first floor with a sea view. The view from the bed is gorgeous)) The sea is 20 meters away. The beach is excellent. The room is newly renovated. The hotel grounds are 3, but that's not why people go there. Breakfasts are ok... you won't leave hungry, but nothing fancy. It seems like they even cleaned the room) In general, the view from the room and the proximity of the sea are the main advantages. There is almost nothing around. The nearest store is a 15-20 minute walk along the beach

The room I chose was a Premium type, located by the sea, with a beautiful view, white sand without rocks, and clear water. Suitable for those who like privacy, the atmosphere is very good. Walk less than 10 steps to the beach, quiet at night, suitable for relaxation, listening to the sound of the waves. The evening meal was delicious, unfortunately, there was a bad smell at the mosquito repellent. Breakfast was good, tasted good, a lot of variety, overall everything was okay. If I have a chance, I will go again.

The best part of Lonely Beach. The renovated rooms are in good condition, everything works. They clean daily and well. The breakfast is modest, but there is enough, and it is still three stars, not five. The food for lunch and dinner is not bad, but I liked the neighboring hotel more. Monkeys come regularly, do not keep food on the balcony/terrace, lock the doors with a key.

The hotel atmosphere is very good, beautiful view, very peaceful, the air conditioning is very cool. As for the pool in the room, when you soak, you can see the sea view outside, but our room has some trees, so it may not be clear. The wooden furniture in the room/some areas in the hotel look old and lack maintenance. Breakfast is a normal American breakfast, the taste is okay, not much variety. 90% of the hotel guests are foreigners. If you want peace and quiet, a romantic atmosphere, I recommend this place. The service may not be comparable to hotels in the same price range because it is not a chain hotel, but overall, I am very impressed with the atmosphere. The sunset view is really beautiful.

The hotel is being renovated, the interior of the rooms is becoming more modern with high-quality plumbing, air conditioning. I would like more sun loungers in the coastal area, there were interruptions with beach towels. The hotel administration is attentive, positive, meets the wishes of guests. The sea is excellent. We visited the hotel for the fifth time, we hope to come back here again.

The best hotel on the best beach of Koh Chang! Yes, a little tired, but there is a renovation and the hotel will be updated by the main season. The location is the best on Lonely Beach, the included breakfasts are very good, we also had dinner at the hotel - the cuisine is beyond praise! Many thanks to the chef of the hotel restaurant, very tasty and inexpensive! The room is clean, comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, the pool in the room is very clean, does not smell of chlorine, the pool is cleaned every other day. The territory of the hotel is spacious and carefully cleaned. There is a forest nearby, monkeys come to the hotel, the staff carefully monitors that the monkeys do not interfere with tourists. Next to the restaurant is a tree on which a family of rare birds, the Kalao, lives! Many thanks to all the hotel staff for a great holiday, we will definitely come back!

Cons: the hotel was so terrible that after the first night we ran away, paying for a neighboring hotel. We lived in a Premium room on the 2nd floor. There is no "premium" there. The road goes right behind these rooms. We did not sleep all night, since even at night there are loud motorcycles driving there. Just imagine that you listen to the noise of the engine every 10 seconds and try to fall asleep to it. The noise of the waves is also audible, but they cannot drown out the noise of the engine. Also, the room has very poor soundproofing in general. If you are unlucky with your neighbors, then I sympathize. You can hear your neighbors talking loudly behind the wall, even hiccuping. In general, the room is poorly built. No privacy. The front door has an "open passage for mice" in the form of a huge hole at the bottom. Breakfasts are a separate story, I have never seen such bad breakfasts anywhere. Even the most basic hotels in Thailand have better breakfasts. Burnt greasy scrambled eggs, no choice, long wait for dishes to be replenished. The fruit was pineapple and watermelon, they didn't look very fresh. Everything looked so bad that I only took the fruit. We passed by the kitchen where they prepare your food. It all didn't look very clean. We saw a dog go there. And in general, the restaurant smells of something. There are no sun loungers on the beach, we were not offered beach towels. In general, I will never recommend this place to anyone, it is absolutely not worth the money.

The hotel is next to the road near the pass, so it can be noisy. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is polite, no complaints about the staff. Ask, they will help with a smile. One drawback in my opinion about the hotel is that the concrete path does not go all the way to the room, you have to walk a few meters on the sand, and then some of the sand gets carried into the rooms!

The location is on the second most beautiful beach in Ko Chang, in our opinion, and the money is quite acceptable. all rooms have sea views and are 30-50 meters from the beach. The downside is that right next to the hotel buildings there is a road (the main circular road on the island) and from 5 am the noise of passing cars and mopeds can be clearly heard. The hotel has its own restaurant with average prices, but 150 meters on the beach there is a good inexpensive Thai kitchen (rice 100 baht, tomyam 150 baht) we ate there. The nearest store is 5 minutes by tuktuk, 50-100 baht per person, but only open in the evening. To 7-11 minutes 20 go to Ban Bao. The hotel is cosmetically in poor condition, BUT everything we needed was in working order. Service - cleaned every day, linen every other day. Overall ok. Summary: awesome lazy beach holiday on a super beach for reasonable money, with normal service.
