Hotel Casabella Inn Kobe Reviews

The room is very clean and tidy. Staff are polite and very nice. Location is not near to the railway station and need 15 minutes walking time. 7-eleven store is just at the next door.

This is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff provided excellent service. It’s not far from the subway and the room was clean. If I have a chance to visit Kobe again, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel is easy to find and convenient since it’s only around 10-minute walk from the nearest station. There is also a luup bike rental within the hotel so I was happy bicycling around the city. The staff is ok, they accommodated me by speaking in English to explain the amenities etc. Overall great experience, inexpensive and comfortable place to stay when in Kobe.
