This hotel is really disgusting and we were actually concerned about our health safety. No one speaks English as it’s a chinese hotel that has chinese hotel guests smoking in the lobby around 8 am while they have no smoking signs hanging around. I had to use the toilet and went to the bathroom in the lobby and that already was the first indicator that the hotel is really disgusting as the toilet was really dirty and it stinks like feces and urine everywhere. Once we got the keycard and went into the room everything on the wall was rotting and really smelly (probably from water damage). They advertise a fully equip bathroom but in reality it was a small cabin that barely fits a toilet seat and a shower head hanging above it and as you can imagine this was really dirty as well. The headboard of the bed was full of other people’s hair and after seeing this we went to the reception to tell them. They at first didn’t understand and we had to show them that it’s really dirty and full of other people’s hair and one of the cleaners replied. “We’re a 3-star hotel not a 5-star hotel, what do you expect”. So we basically had to sleep in other people’s hair. After complaining they finally gave us another room but this one was the same as the first room. After insisting they gave us another room and as the previous room this one had a lot of hair as well so we’d figured every room is like this and out of the 3 room we’ve seen this one had the least hair. This room even had blood stains on the walls but every room was really dirty and stinky so guess we had no choice. In the evening when we came back to our room, the room was filled with mosquitoes guess there are like holes in the window frame where they can enter the room and the room was filled with smoke from the smoking chinese people and the smell was really strong. We had to turn on the AC on maximum fan mode and put a towel in front of the door to stop the smoke from coming inside. My lungs were actually hurting from all the smoke.

On entering hotel lobby, smell of all over. Checking in without hassle and fast. Small elevator can fit only two with luggages. Upon elevator door opened was shocked to see middle section floor boards broken and some parts missing. Smell of cigarette smoke here too. Cleanliness in room was good but faint smell of cigarettes lingering. Air con not cold. Upon checking, filter was dirty. Called maintenance. Have to push mini bar to another part of room for power supply. Next morning breakfast was horrifying. No coffee or tea available. Rationed one boiled egg per person. But fried noodles was nice. But I won't stay there again. Never.

Terrible hotel! Nearly impossible to find - you need to walk around the hotel to get inside. Very inconvenient to reach the airport and vice versa. Promised free pick up and drop off from the airport but I wanted to arrange that, no one respond on the phone. Walls are covered with dirty spots. WiFi is barely working. As soon as I checked in, I found out that bathroom wasn't cleaned well, e.g. things from last guest were left off. And lastly, when I was in my bed I saw lizards on the walls. AVOID!

Low quality hotel. The only reason I give a 2 out of 5 instead of 1 is because the bed was ok. Everything else about the hotel was poor. When I checked in to this hotel for 1 night I was serviced by 3 giggling members of staff who for some reason thought it was funny that I was checking in. After handing over my passport to 1 guy instead of handing my passport he threw it to one of his colleagues to scan. I was speechless. The most bizarre check in I've ever had. The room was dirty, with no TV, cracks everywhere on the ceiling, dirty walls and urine stains on the toilet seat. Maybe I was unlucky and got them on a bad day, but I'll never take the risk of staying here again.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

Hotel looks great, but when they say some non smoke rooms they’re lying. They changed us to 3 different rooms but still in a smokers room that absolutely stinks. The staff was very helpful and we had a double bed each so can’t complain too much.

I just said it was ridiculously bad. First, the airport pick-up was nearly 40 degrees and I had to wait for more than half an hour. The pick-up car smelled musty.
