"My stay at Valero Grand Suites was great, it has everything you need to make yourself feel home. I requested pan to cook breakfast and it was delivered immediately. But you can also get breakfast buffet at the hotel - if wished. The pool is on the 34th floor and the gym operates 24h. Staff were nice and friendly, location is very nice and easy to walk to greenbelt, ayala triangle park etc."

"We had an amazing stay. If you are looking for a place near nuwa and city or dreams few walks away and not crowded Bayprime can be an option. Many breakfast choices Lunch and Dinner in their cafe are also priced reasonably. There's a convenience store downstairs and across the street 7/11 is available. Parking is free. Overall it's 10/10 for me and we will definitely comeback. The only issue is that you can smell too much chlorine sa pool."

"All good overall. Rooms are well-equipped with a ref, microwave, and a shower with adjustable temp. Sink in the CR is a plus too. Pool is a highlight: great, with long hours 7:00 AM to 12:00 MN, and they play movies via projector there. Very flexible with outside food — allowed in rooms except strong-smelling dishes. Parking: First come, first serve. No issue for us with one motorcycle.I think, they have 8-10 motorcycle slots but only 4 were used that day. Fewer guests bring bikes vs cars. Minor issues: Only 1 keycard per room. No water dispenser per floor, just 4 free bottled waters daily for a 2-queen room. Bottom line: Solid value, comfy room, awesome pool. Parking’s manageable if you’re on a bike."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient, close to SM MOA and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the pool, it quite small and a bit shallow (4ft) from the usual 5ft pools, but the overall hotel service was efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the historic center and the promenade, with shops and cafes nearby. It's a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport. The staff are friendly and always ready to help."

"It was an enjoyable Christmas get together with the family. We did not expect such a big place for the occasion in the heart of the city.  There were 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and toilets with a big living room and dining room and with kitchen accessories, with a stove and microwave  oven. It has a view of the Manila Bay. We will consider it for other future gatherings."

"The location is good, close to Intramuros and the coast. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the station, but it's a nice walk to see the city. There's a large supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient. Many of the staff were very kind. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant stay, which really made up for any shortcomings of the hotel. The doorman who opened the door for me every day even stopped an Uber taxi for me at the end and opened the door. He was very pleasant, and I left feeling good. Thank you. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the omelets made fresh every day were delicious, and since it was a buffet, I was able to eat my fill. For this price, there's even a small gym, so I think the cost-performance is good. From here on, I'll list the downsides, but even with those, I still felt it was good value for money (again, thanks to the kind staff). The hotel is old and dusty. My room had no view from the window. The strange doll on the bedside lamp was a mystery (lol). The room was reasonably spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. However, when you remove the key card, everything turns off, so it gets hot again when you go out. There are no amenities at all, so I recommend bringing your own from home. There's no box of tissues either. There's only one roll of toilet paper, so if you use it as tissue, you'll run out. For towels, there's only a bath towel; no face towel. Maybe you can ask the front desk for a toothbrush? The toilet is the kind where you shouldn't flush paper. Please be careful."

World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most."
