Very nice hotel with large balcony, fixed suites, standing on the balcony in the morning, you can see Pupu Hotel, have a cup of coffee, look at the town, it is very cozy, just at the entrance of the town promenade, Super convenient

The town is not big, the hotel is in a good location, with a heated swimming pool, massage pool, dry and wet sauna, a full range of buffets in the morning, and elegant decoration in the restaurant. But I was not satisfied with our room, it was on a high floor but the ceiling was too low, and the view outside the window was average.

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.
