The flat is located in a good area with tranquil environment. There are shops, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The mrt station is nearby. There’s a big garden in the vicinity and l can walk around everyday.

The focus of this trip to Kaohsiung is to eat, drink, play and have fun at Ruifeng Night Market. I was surprised when I opened the door😍 The room is large, with a balcony, a large bathtub, MOD movies, a hard bed and a good sleep. There is also a 7-11 downstairs, diagonally opposite. It feels like home. 👍Self-service B&B, very good service (＾Ｏ＾☆♪ The room also has an induction card 🥰 for easy parking. It’s just a 15-minute walk from Ruifeng Night Market! The environment near the art museum is beautiful, you can exercise and walk in your leisure time, and the view is excellent! The price of the nearby parking lot mentioned is also very favorable, but there is no elevator in the residence. If you stay for a few days, your luggage will be heavy and it will be difficult to carry it up and down the stairs. But on weekdays, the room price is very cheap, the rooms are spacious, and it is simple and practical. It is still a very good B&B!

The booking photos show that the furniture in Pavilion 1 is newer and the environment is cleaner, but this time I stayed in Pavilion 2, which has an old environment and the furniture looks shabby as if it was recycled. The old air conditioner is very noisy and there was construction going on next door, so I was forced to get up before 8 o'clock and couldn't take a nap. I asked if I could move back to Pavilion 1, and the store said that they were all fully booked and there was construction going on next door, so the air conditioner was even louder. I really doubt that the store only wants to do one-time business! The location is great but I feel a bit cheated by the environment and facilities. The only thing I can give a thumbs up to is that I applied for early check-out on Trip.com two days later, and the hotel generously agreed to refund the room rate.

It is recommended to bring your own. The TV was totally unavailable when I checked in. I tried to fix it for a long time, but there was no internet and the customer service staff couldn't solve it either. So in the end, it was left unresolved? ? As for the dry and wet separation for showering, the shower head was broken and the water would spray in a weird shape. The hot water came very slowly, and when it did, it was very hot so as to burn you. I had to turn it to the middle and wait for a very long time. When it came, it was completely cold and not warm. I asked customer service but they didn't solve the problem. It was miserable. I didn't even know what I was showering in the end, it was so cold. The large bathtub took a long time to fill so I never used it. The customer service responded to all inquiries immediately, but the problem was not solved. I don't want to come again~~~

It's located above a very quiet coffee shop. Overall, the CP value is quite good. There are parks and convenience stores nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk from the MRT. There are also bicycles available for rent nearby! Although the equipment may not be very new, the room is super big! The bathroom is also super big!

The room is comfortable and spacious. It would be better if the bathroom provided guests with free shower gel and shampoo. The area that needs improvement is the exposed socket under the TV. Personally, I think the room has no peculiar smell, which warrants a 5-star rating.
