There is no parking lot in the hotel itself. You can only use the nearby parking lot that takes three to five minutes to walk, which is not convenient for self-driving tours. The room is small, with insufficient lighting and few supporting facilities.

The hotel staff's language skills need to be improved and they are afraid of communicating with foreigners. The hotel itself is well designed and the price is friendly. There are many department stores nearby, but they all close early. However, it is convenient to walk to the lively Katamachi and eat at Akadama Honten. It is more convenient to stay near the station for shopping trips, but it is a good stopover for cultural trips to Kenrokuen, tea houses, and castles.
