HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Kanazawa
"I originally planned to stay for three nights and was very satisfied with my stay. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I asked the front desk around 3 a.m. on the last night to extend my stay by one more night. Since I made the request directly at the front desk (not through a third-party site), I believed it would be handled as a simple extension. The staff accepted payment, but only after that told me I would need to change rooms. I was informed that I could speak with the front desk again in the morning to arrange the room change. When I went to the front desk around 9 a.m., I was told there were no rooms available and that I would need to wait until 3 p.m. to check in again. I found this quite confusing — if that’s the case, it doesn’t really feel like a “stay extension.” In that case, I could have chosen another hotel. In the end, because I needed more time to pack, I was charged a 2,000 yen late fee. I understand hotel policy, but considering I had already paid to “extend” my stay, it didn’t feel very reasonable. I don’t mind paying, but the situation itself left me a bit disappointed."
SOKI KANAZAWA
"Price is too expensive for the size of the room. Very thin walls. No daily full cleaning. Location is good."
the b kanazawa-katamachi
"Good value for money. A little out of the way but easily accessible. Surrounded by shops and convenience stores, comfortable and spacious, and has all the necessary amenities."
Kanazawa Hakuchoro Hotel Sanraku -Natural Hot Spring-
"The overall feeling is good, the transportation is convenient, many attractions can be reached on foot, the nearby Ting Seafood Market is not far away, there is a bus to the station, very convenient"

"very friendly and good location hotel in kanazawa"
Ryokan Asadaya
"Go to Asadaya to learn about the art and skill of hospitality. Be amazed at the very personalized, precisely focused and kind attention. Enjoy the central location in this wonderful city. But our high expectations for the food were not quite realized (maybe the Michelin star caliber days are in the past?) and the unreasonably high prices make it poor value compared to other desirable Ryokans we enjoyed in Japan."
The Hotel Sanraku Kanazawa 21th December 2022 Open
"The room wasn't huge, pretty standard, but the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. They had all sorts of snacks, like takoyaki and seafood sushi. Both the Western and Japanese options were meticulously prepared and tasted fantastic! 👍"
Korinkyo
"Our opening experience wasn’t great. You enter at street level into a minimal shop. Like the previous reviewer, we too arrived at 3 and were told we were too early to check in. We asked if we could have a drink in reception and were told reception was empty because we were too early. It wasn’t welcoming. On return, after 4, we were welcomed and shown to a stylish and pleasant room. Yes, the sink looked like it came from a local prison, but the bed was comfy, the space was vast and the bathroom well stocked. Location wise, we found this hotel to be well suited. The front noise from the crossing was considerable, but ear plugs dealt with that for us. The breakfast was sad. Silent, uncomfortable and frankly miserable. Low lighting, uncomfortable chairs and no atmosphere whatsoever. We liked the style choices of the hotel, although it was very minimal, but it was no hotel experience. It was just a room to rent. The staff were polite and tried to bridge our language gap. We liked the location, the mattress and the room itself! We would not return or recommend to others due it’s sombre, cold and unwelcoming atmosphere."
Hotel Route-Inn Kanazawa Ekimae
"Breakfast is good and the room is very clean. Also the overall service is good"
HOTEL AMANEK Kanazawa
"Good amenities with the bath area, the pleasant lobby, and the drinks available."
Kanazawa Chaya
"It was located just across the roadfrom the Kanazwa JR station that also housed a mall, airport transfers and loads of good food. The place was larger than I expected but provided excellent service and daily breakfasts (noy buffet-style) in their second floor restaurant. A sign of how good service was - it was a little drizzly when we left but we said no to the offer of an umbrella as the station was less than 5 min away (and it was a very light drizzle). The lady accompanied us to the station just so she cd take the umbrellas back from us! The onsen was nice but I didn't hv time to try out any other facilities."
OMO5 Kanazawa Katamachi by Hoshino Resorts
"The hotel staff's language skills need to be improved and they are afraid of communicating with foreigners. The hotel itself is well designed and the price is friendly. There are many department stores nearby, but they all close early. However, it is convenient to walk to the lively Katamachi and eat at Akadama Honten. It is more convenient to stay near the station for shopping trips, but it is a good stopover for cultural trips to Kenrokuen, tea houses, and castles."
Smile Hotel Kanazawa Nishiguchi Ekimae
"The room was clean and spacious, with more than enough space for two suitcases. There's a Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to Kanazawa Station, which is super convenient."

Motoyu Ishiya
"Nice but disappointing. You couldn’t go out in the garden at all, there was nothing outside for a walk, typical Japanese hours but then…nothing to do. Extreme but not in a good way…we were ready for a full immersion but a lot of free time with nothing but the onsen (that’s what it’s called), hot bath. No possibility of going in the garden, nothing outside (even to have a walk…), nothing to do except the onsen, borrowing except for the atmosphere…"
Dormy Inn Kanazawa Natural Hot Spring
"Superb hotel experience. The breakfast session is too good to be true. So many selection and delicious. The onsen itself is also very nice. Clear guidance has been provided and its helpful for first time"
Super Hotel Premier Kanazawaeki Higashiguchi
"Very fantastic , I love it hahahahahahahahahahahahaahhaahhaahah"
