The room was good, and the room service was unexpectedly excellent. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful, but there is room for improvement in maintenance. Attention is needed regarding the condition of the rooms; for example, the posters were semi-detached from the wall, there was a crack in the ceiling, the water heater was not working, the toilet door mat was missing, and there was dust underneath the bed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as a 3-star hotel should strive to meet international standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

room is very narrow ,food court is difficult to find near hotel.

Rooms are clean and the location is convenient for my needs.

Hotel need to revamp abit, abit run down. But other than that location is good.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help even late at night I was very satisfied with the service. It’s in a remote area but besides that it was a great stay
