Best hotel in Kaifeng for holidays and a good choice if on business. Hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of a wetland park. Hotel has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel including pool, gym, kids play area and gym.

Arguably the highest-standard hotel in Kaifeng, it's nestled within a large wetland park. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the lobby to the park's main entrance, but the hotel provides a complimentary electric shuttle service, which is a huge plus. The location is also incredibly convenient for sightseeing; Wansuishan Park and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden are just a two to three-minute walk after exiting the hotel's park area. The front desk upgraded us to a deluxe room with a small balcony, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Kaifeng.

Location: Excellent. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain. We didn't have to worry at all about getting a taxi back after evening shows, which was a huge plus. Service: Excellent. Both the front desk staff and bellhops were incredibly warm and helpful. Environment: Excellent. The hotel boasts beautiful greenery and is very quiet. The breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to other hotels in the same category, but the dining environment was pleasant. Overall, it's still a very good place to stay if you're visiting Kaifeng.

The hotel boasts a fantastic setting within a wetland park, conveniently located very close to both Qingming Shanghe Park and Wansui Mountain. The hotel offers a shuttle service for guests. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also features its own children's play area, a swimming pool, and a gym. The shallow end of the swimming pool is perfectly heated for children. We enjoyed the hotel's buffet for both breakfast and dinner, which offered a wide and delicious selection.

Loved my stay here! The hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and is beautifully set within a wetland park. The service was excellent. While not a brand-new property, the facilities are impeccably maintained. A charming touch is that they even have peacocks roaming the grounds! Breakfast was exceptionally fresh. They offer a convenient shuttle service from the hotel to the park's main entrance. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kaifeng!

Facilities: While the property is a bit dated, its facilities are well-maintained. Cleanliness: Kept immaculately clean and tidy. Environment: Features expansive, beautifully landscaped grounds. Service: Attentive. They offer a shuttle service to the South Gate, which is conveniently located very close to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Shanghe Park.

The ambiance was great, and the service was very good. I didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool or gym facilities. However, the bathroom design was a bit impractical; the sink cannot be used if someone is showering or using the toilet. The Chinese restaurant might be on the pricier side, but the quality of ingredients and taste were excellent. Surprisingly, dishes like the soup dumplings were arguably the best food I had at the hotel.

The hotel clearly represents a massive investment, rumored to have cost a billion (RMB), despite having just over two hundred rooms. Many aspects of its design are commendable. Its location within a wetland park offers a unique advantage, and it's also conveniently close to both the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain. It could arguably be considered the premier hotel in Kaifeng. While the overall facilities are excellent, there's certainly room for improvement in some areas. For instance, the hotel offers bicycles for guests to ride around the grounds. However, when my mother was using one, the chain came off, causing a minor scrape on her arm, though thankfully nothing serious. What was concerning was that when we went to exchange the bike, the staff member's initial question was whether the chain came off because of a gear shift, rather than promptly asking if she was injured or needed any first aid. Moving forward, I hope the hotel implements regular inspections and maintenance for their bicycles, as otherwise, they present a potential safety hazard. Secondly, our original room was quite noisy. Even with the air conditioning turned off, a prominent low-frequency hum made it very difficult to sleep. However, after reporting this to the front desk in the middle of the night, their response was incredibly swift. They promptly moved me to a much quieter room and also extended their apologies, which was excellent! Nevertheless, the next morning in the new room, we discovered there was no hot water. Given that we were checking out soon, we decided not to report it. Furthermore, a curtain in that room (2612) was partially detached. I sincerely hope the hotel will address and refine these minor details going forward. Despite these minor imperfections, the overall experience was very positive. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to refine these details. Should I visit Kaifeng again, I would still consider choosing this hotel, and I eagerly anticipate seeing your improvements!

It's perfectly located for sightseeing, with major attractions like Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Wansuishan Martial Arts City, the City Wall, and the Stele Forest all easily accessible. **Service:** The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always eager to help guests with their luggage.

The standard adult ticket for Kaifeng Prefecture's day admission was not proactively offered by the front desk, and when we inquired about it, they seemed unsure. The executive lounge appears to be closed, likely due to a low number of bookings for this room type. Its services have been relocated to the lobby lounge, which was quite subpar and offered a very limited selection. Aside from these issues, everything else was acceptable.

🏨This hotel is perfectly situated right inside the Wetland Park. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have a charming, unique character. You can step out the back door directly into the park, and the views are absolutely stunning! The service was also very attentive. It's ideal for those traveling by car, as the hotel offers dedicated parking. Its close proximity to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain Wuxia City means you can leave your car parked, completely avoiding any parking difficulties. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

In recent years, I've rarely encountered hotels that charge a deposit. So, it was particularly surprising for a 'luxury' hotel, touted as Kaifeng's finest, to not only make guests wait until after 4 PM for check-in but also still demand a deposit! We upgraded to a suite, but mosquitoes buzzed around the room all night. Their explanation was that it's unavoidable as the hotel is by the lake, and they could offer a plug-in mosquito repellent. However, we saw no mosquito prevention facilities anywhere in the corridors or garden area. And seriously, the trash bins didn't even have liners! The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were fixed to the wall, meaning there was nowhere to place my own toiletries while showering; I had to put them on the floor. The hand soap dispenser was fixed high up on the top left corner of the sink, making it inconvenient for children to use and resulting in their clothes getting wet every time they tried to wash their hands. For a room costing over 1000 RMB a night, even the pillows were pilled. To top it off, there was an unknown device that kept beeping intermittently all night, along with the mosquitoes. This stay was truly not worth the cost.

The hotel boasts a superb location with two entrances, directly accessing Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansuishan respectively. A 24-hour shuttle service is available to take guests right to the park gates, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the attractions and saving a lot of effort. The interior decor is also very tastefully designed, and its position directly overlooking the lotus pond of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden offers fantastic photo opportunities. It features an indoor swimming pool, complete with a dedicated children's pool, which is very reassuring for families traveling with young ones. As for dining, the buffet offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend eating at the hotel!

The Pullman Kaifeng offers a very pleasant environment. Although it's an approximately 800-meter walk from the main gate to the hotel building, a convenient shuttle service is provided at the entrance. The location is excellent; the Duanmen (South Gate) of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden is just a short 100-meter walk across the road from the hotel's main entrance, making it incredibly convenient. However, the facilities feel a bit dated and are just average. Furthermore, when I arrived at nearly 5 PM, my room wasn't ready for check-in, which was quite a letdown. I had to wait for about ten minutes, but I count myself lucky as I overheard another guest waiting for forty minutes. Overall, it was decent, but for almost 900 RMB a night, I felt the value for money was only average, and there's definitely room for improvement in certain areas.
