I was really disappointed with this stay. The unit felt dirty and neglected. I booked 2 nights but had to check out the next day because I didn’t feel comfortable staying. • Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and there was barely any mobile signal inside. • The room had visible signs of termite infestation on the door and walls. • Bedsheets were stained and likely not changed. No towels were provided. It seemed like the unit hadn’t been cleaned before check-in. Definitely not what I expected. I feel like I wasted my money, especially since the booking was non-refundable.

Great view and fast reply. But location inconvenience and building is out of maintenance for external painting. Swimming pool for children inside has many small stones due to dust from upper floors. The flat out of aircon, power sockets supply after 10pm. No charging of phones causing so many troubles. TV don’t know how to work or can’t work…

The room was clean but showed signs of being rundown. The wall mural sticker was peeling off, and the bathroom had several issues — water leakage and stains on the toilet ceiling, a poorly maintained bathtub, and the presence of water flies

Bad review! Not recommended at all! The whole stay experience was terrible. First of all, after I successfully paid and received the confirmation email, the email said that I needed to contact the hotel customer service through WhatsApp to get the check-in information and password. I contacted them according to the WhatsApp number they provided, but no one responded. I booked the room on Friday and checked in on Saturday, but no one responded to me for the whole Friday, and the hotel did not contact me actively. What do you want us to think as customers? Do you think you are being scammed? The whole process makes people very anxious and uneasy! It was not until late Friday night that the customer service finally sent me a message. As a result, when we checked in the next day, the QR code provided by the customer service was actually unusable. We had to show the QR code to the security guard of the apartment to enter. But because the QR code was invalid, the security guard did not let us in at all, saying that the QR code was expired or invalid.
