Our room was even more amazing. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a light, disinfectant scent. The sheets were crisp, white, and incredibly comfortable to the touch. The windows opened to expansive views. The room was immaculately clean, even down to the corners. The bathroom mirror and countertops were spotless, and the amenities were neatly arranged. What touched me most was the detailed service. Every day after we left, the cleaning lady would quietly replenish our water and toiletries, even tidying up our charging cables that had been carelessly left on the table. The carpets in the common areas were vacuumed daily, the elevators were always kept clean, and the hallways were filled with fresh greenery, ensuring a truly refreshing stay. This clean, comfortable, and thoughtful environment made our stay incredibly reassuring. I highly recommend it!

The bed was so soft I couldn't get out. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The shower had instant hot water, and the water flow was steady. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and nutritious, and the coffee was excellent. The stay was a great experience. The room was well-equipped, and the room even had a robot delivery service, which was a real touch of technology.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel is super conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from Nanhu Lake, and surrounded by a wealth of shopping and dining options. The elegant décor and refreshing aroma captivated me upon entering the lobby. The room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, a toilet, and a large bathtub, adding to the comfort. The most surprising addition was the air purifier and mini-fridge—perfect attention to detail. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodles and baked bread were incredibly delicious. The gym and laundry room are open 24 hours a day and are brand new. I even received a gift upon check-out, and the entire experience was truly heartwarming. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Jiaxing!

The room smells a bit strong, the carpet is very dusty, and the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work! The location is still an advantage. It is very convenient from the Nanhu Visitor Center and is also convenient for visiting the Jiaxing Museum and the Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall.

The room was small, with not much room to move around except for the bed. It was clean and tidy, though. There was little service, except for a robot. The parking lot was large and convenient.

I changed rooms from another hotel and found this place to be truly cozy! I finally got two solid nights of sleep! The downside is that the soundproofing isn't very good, but it's not too bad; people aren't too noisy, just the sound of doors slamming! The service is also great! We stayed in a family room, which was really cozy! The area is also busier, and the Hema supermarket is right across the street, so convenient! I even forgot to take pictures! Very good value for money, very recommended.
