It’s a great location, really close to the beach. The rooms are very nice with a bath and shower. Good comfy bed. Overall it’s a lovely hotel!

The location is great, and the pool offers a beautiful view. Breakfast was average with limited variety. Also, the room lacked basic amenities like a toothbrush or other essentials.

One staff member excelled! Kur yi kim! One negative is tgst we as 2 60 year old women were not allowed to check in upon arrival even tho the room was ready. You have to pay 10,000 won per extra hour. Check in is not until 3! And cgeck out is 11!!!! And after alot of travel with no sleep this was cruel. My “mountain view” was actually a side of a concrete building. They said they will move me. Very helpful to get extra towel, help with taxi service and help to find cafe.

It was a nice and clean place. Me and my partner was surprised because the room looks elegant. We will booked again next time.

Whenever I come to Hamdeok, I usually stay at Waystone or Seoubong Beach Hotel~ It's a bit farther than the hotels right in front of Hamdeok, but it's not so far that I can't walk, and I like it because it's quiet. Now, maybe because it's been built for a while, I can smell the sewer when I shower. ㅠ It doesn't come out to the room or anything. I've always been satisfied every time I stay. But this time, I was assigned a room with a view of the Ramada Hotel terrace from the bathroom window, so I stayed with the curtains closed. I don't know if it was because of the sound of Ramada, or because Waystone had a banquet hall, but some families were really noisy in the morning... But above all, there's a bathtub and the room is spacious, so I always go here because of the comfort.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are large, and the breakfast is very comprehensive. The views from the pool are very nice, but we think if it were better maintained and the facilities were more upkeep, it would be a 10-star hotel!

The room is big and clean. There is a bathtub and a swimming pool on the roof. There are bombs like BHC nearby. It is not far from the beach.

I made a reservation without seeing the inside of the accommodation, but the bathroom and shower room did not have doors but were made of glass and only had curtains instead of walls, so it was a little uncomfortable. The rest was comfortable and good.

Everything is good except for the narrow parking lot. I don't know if the bidet is broken or not.

We stayed in two hotels and one B&B in Jeju Island, and this one was the worst in all aspects. Regardless of the surrounding environment and the hotel environment, the following points can completely determine whether it is suitable to stay. First, when we checked in at 3 o'clock, we were charged an extra 33,000 won (11,000 won per day for our three-day stay) on the grounds that we brought children. Although it was not much, it was really disgusting. We booked a room with a double bed and a single bed, and did not need to add an extra bed or any supplies. What was the reason for the extra charge? We did not eat breakfast, and did not dare to use the hotel's mineral water (without packaging, it felt like a three-no product) or bath towels and towels. There were even unwashed stains and hair on the bed! There are all kinds of disgusting stains on the wall and the bathtub... Second, I want to complain about the plugs. You can see the picture below. The position of the sockets is very precarious. The upper part of one socket is blocked by the cabinet. Every time I use it, I have to move the table out... The other plug is a little above the baseboard at the entrance, next to the fire equipment. When charging, the mobile phone and other things can only be placed on the ground. I can only squat on the ground to look at it temporarily... I searched the whole house and found only these two. Finally, there is another one plugged in with a hair dryer next to the wash basin... Third, the air conditioner, I don’t know whether to say it is smart or not. We used three nights to experiment. The temperature was set below 20 degrees, and the air conditioner would keep running. Otherwise, it would stop and start for a while. When it was turned on, the wind was so strong that I had to add clothes quickly, otherwise it would give me a headache. When it was stopped, it was stuffy and I had to take off my clothes... If it wasn’t during sleep, I would have to keep adding and removing clothes? ? ? Fourth, the water in the sink could not go down at all. Every time I brushed my teeth and washed my face, I felt disgusted by the dirty water... Fifth, the refrigerator did not cool at all. It was warm when I put my hand in it. Oh! In summer, sometimes I buy a San San Zhi or put ice water in it and it will turn into warm water. I tried to adjust the temperature but couldn't! Sixth, there is only one room card. Every time I go out, the power is cut off when I pull out the card. I can't charge it when I leave (sometimes I want to charge a power bank). The "Do Not Disturb" button outside will also be turned off (I don't want anyone to enter the room when I'm not there). The refrigerator will also be powered off, although it doesn't cool! In short, don't stay here. It's a bloody lesson.

The room is very dark, the service is average, breakfast closes at 9:30, the view of the swimming pool on the roof is good, and the hygiene is average.

I stayed there once before and it was clean and nice. Hamdeok Beach is right nearby, so it was great to take a walk and wind up the day after a business trip.
