"The concierge service in the river view room was superb, even better than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, surpassing five-star hotels with an abundance of delicious options. The best part is that breakfast is served until 12 PM, which is perfect for late risers like me. They even had ice cream and Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles! After checking out from the Ritz-Carlton Harbin, I came here. Although the room's hardware is comparable to a budget hotel, the service from everyone at the hotel was consistently excellent. We received a welcome gift before checking in and a souvenir after checking out – how many five-star hotels offer that? This family-friendly hotel is great, the European-style decor is beautiful, and from the river view room, you can actually see the river!"

"My stay at Haxi Orange Crystal Hotel was exceptional. The triple room was thoughtfully equipped with plenty of toothbrushes, bath towels, and slippers, a level of detail that surpassed other hotels. The toothpaste was generously sized, and the toiletries were of high quality. The room also featured an exquisite tea set, perfect for enjoying tea or coffee. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with both latex and down pillows available to suit different sleeping preferences. The room layout was well-designed, showcasing clever touches throughout. The self-service laundry room was convenient to use, and I could monitor the status of the machines directly on the TV screen. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. Upon check-out, the hotel even thoughtfully provided warm mineral water, a heartwarming gesture that made the service feel truly special. It was a highly satisfying stay."

"A bit difficult to find a gem in the heart of the snowy land of Harbin. You can not find the hotel at night. Uber can... Once we entered ground floor was like empty entrance still developing maybe.. but after wechat texting the manager guided us well and we reached 5th floor to find him. Very cooperative and friendly manager and we stayed 3 night and he was always helpful and handy too. The room was bigger and pillows good. Bath and toilet also good clean. I would recommend this hotel for families with kids. More space and less price. Very good location as 40-50m away is Metro train subway that connects to ice festival area and university and Mosque and markets. We had Breakfast just across the road with some halal food options esp bbq that was nice and economic and yummy 😋"

"The room was fantastic, a stylish and beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to get out. The projector was also great, making movie watching a fantastic experience. A very pleasant stay overall. The bathroom was fully equipped, providing shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, and contact lens solution. The kitchen even had dish soap, which was very thoughtful. Ordering takeout was convenient; the yogurt and fruit salad nearby was delicious. Aside from being a bit far from attractions like Central Street, there were almost no downsides. It would have been even better if the room had a mosquito repellent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the scenery. I suggest the hotel replace the curtains with blackout curtains, as it gets light very early, around 4 AM, which slightly disrupts sleep. Overall, a very wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin."

I think the most important thing is that although this is an e-sports hotel and an e-sports complex, it is more of a warm hotel for me. It is a hotel that pays serious attention to the guest experience. The environmental sanitation is impeccable. The service attitude of the hotel staff is really good, enthusiastic and warm. I have lived here for almost a month after resigning. I just wanted to escape quietly by myself, but I am grateful to the hotel for making me feel the warmth. It's great. From the person in charge of the hotel to the staff below, I can't find any fault. It's great!"

"The room was splendid, though the cleanliness in certain details was just okay. Sun Island is a fun place to explore. The cable car isn't cheap, and the ferry service is often suspended. Even if you're lucky enough to catch a ferry, you'll likely face a long queue. Getting on and off the island involves heavy traffic and driving restrictions. Taxis are hard to come by and require a long wait. Overall, transportation isn't very convenient, and dining options are limited. You can order takeout from off the island. The air on the island is fantastic, truly a natural oxygen bar, but it gets very crowded during the day."
