"The receptionist are so efficient and they’re understaff tremendously. However they still function in tip top professionally. I’m amaze by how the customer cut queues and of no where broke glasses and all the delivery just jumped in to ask questions, the chaos situation over front desk daily ( we stay 10 days, 3 sets of rooms) and the front desks just handle patiently but efficiently! My goodness please give them the raise they deserve!!!"

"This is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great."

"The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants and convenient parking nearby. The family room this time was fantastic! The overall room environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. Seeing that I had two children, the floor manager thoughtfully provided an extra pair of kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety. The laundry room was also very convenient. The robot delivering our takeout was a pleasant surprise for the kids.
