very good hotel clean friendly staff, only wifi was weak and the room was a bit small, generaly i recommend it .

Just sufficiently met my needs being here. The hotel being close to many places and 100 m walk to the tram. Breakfast was amazing, menu not repeating daily a plus point for extended stay like myself. I will come here certainly.

The hotel is very close to the T1 line, making it very convenient for exploring the old town and taking sunset cruises. For Taksim Square, an Uber from the Grand Bazaar costs about 50 RMB (we took the T1 to the Grand Bazaar that day, but found it less fun than we'd hoped, so we just moved around). The hotel room was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast included fried eggs for an extra fee, but you could opt out. Bread, eggs, and milk were also provided. Taking an Uber from the hotel to the airport was much cheaper than ordering a taxi from the front desk, and the ride arrived quickly.

They turn on music in the corridors and the maids talk loudly (so it is very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Great location, Aksaray tram stop nearby, two metro stations within 5 minutes' walk. Quiet hotel, clean rooms, good service, friendly staff. Good varied breakfasts. The rooms have a kettle, coffee, tea. Once a day they give you 0.5 l of water, additional water for money (30 l). There is a safe, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Cons: during our stay there was weak internet, many programs did not open. A room for 3 on the website is listed as 23 sq.m, but in reality it is barely 16, the beds are almost right next to the wall, which creates inconvenience when moving for an adult, you have to walk pressed against the wall, so we had to change the room to 4 with an extra charge. In general, if you are not traveling with children, I do not recommend taking a room for 3. A room for 4 is quite spacious, more comfortable, a large bathroom. The windows overlook the wall, but it's even better because you can't hear the sounds from the street. In general, having experience staying in several hotels in this area, I recommend it.

The location is very good. From the metro, Khavaist and tram T1 5-7 minutes. Minus, if the room is on the street, the traders and security guards from the restaurant and the store on the street do not let you sleep at all. They yell at least until 2 am. The remote control for the air conditioner did not work, I told the reception, they fixed it. I had to turn on the heating, because it was cool. Breakfasts are excellent, until 10.30. There is a kettle, cups, glasses. Tea, coffee, water are renewed every day. Towels too.

I stayed here in October 2023. The location is fine and easy to access. Good value hotel. Very near Transportation services, Metro, Tram and taxis. Neat, organised and great customer service. Awesome breakfast! I would definitely like to come again. Highly recommended.
