Great location, clean and friendly service👍

Be careful! The employee SHAMS was super rude and he claimed there is no availability of the room we already booked!! and made us do an upgrade and pay double the price. We spoke to the hotel Manager Saleh, who kept on dragging us and didn’t do any effort to support. Be careful to avoid paying double the budget.

Reception very good service, quick check in and out. Very good breakfast with lots of variety choices. Hotel location is near to most of the sight seeing places, walking distance within 10 to 15 mins. If we go to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again.

Located at the center of most attractions. Staff are very kind and friendly. Valet parking is easy and hassle-free. New hotel unlike most of the older hotels around.

Some room is small in size but pretty decent size. Service is great. Good location near spice bazaar n Sultanahmet area.

A very good hotel that is only a few months old. The facilities are good except for their beds being slightly smaller ie not for taller and wider guests. Breakfast spread was excellent and service was very good.

We liked everything, great rooms, breakfast is also great and varied. We were all happy. Water is supplied every day. There is a kettle and mugs in the room, tea, sugar and coffee. In the bathroom there are dispensers with shampoo and liquid soap. The location is convenient close to the tram stop and there are many attractions within walking distance. We were with a small child, so we had to go by tram sometimes. I recommend this hotel👍🏽

The location is good~ The price is very cheap and the breakfast was delicious! There is kaymak and various fruits, bread juice. The staff is also friendly. The view is a dud^^ The bathroom is also spacious and nice.

The hotel is very close to tourist attractions and has a great geographical location. The hotel rooms are clean, the only problem is that the soundproofing needs to be improved, because we stayed in connected rooms and could hear the guests chatting in the middle of the night.

I have stayed in many hotels around here, and this one is one of the better ones. The room is spacious and it is very close to the popular attractions around. The staff has a good service attitude and will take the initiative to introduce the surrounding attractions worth visiting when checking in. The breakfast is quite rich. It is a good stay experience.

The hotel is well located. The sights of the old town are within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. Breakfasts are not bad. When I checked in, I found hair on the floor and a strange stain. The faucet was leaking. It took a long time to set up the water, because every step to the right or left, the water was either boiling or ice cold. We lived on the 3rd floor. Which really upset us. My friend and I stayed at the hotel in separate rooms. On the 2nd day of our stay, my friend discovered that her iPhone charger was not working. It turned out that it had been replaced, since her device was marked with a marker, and the replacement device was without a marker. The reaction of the administrators was shocking. Firstly, they told us that no one had entered the room, but it had been cleaned. They admitted that the room had been cleaned, but they fenced off the employees and said that they had been working too long and could not have done such a thing. I said that someone had done it. In the end, they came to nothing. In my room I left a do not disturb sign for the entire stay and as it turned out, it was worth it.

Basically impeccable, cost-effective, good location, convenient to major attractions. The front desk and luggage brother service are also very good.
