near to the town just 5 minutes away . easy access to transportation like Sri maju or medan kid . hotel's staff is friendly and helpful . nearby to food court . value for money for normal stay .

The pillows are too flat. Provided drinking water, hot and cold. Very convenience including iron for ladies especially for their scarf. In the room itself, water flow is very good. Providing shampoo and body wash but you better bring your own cause its not enough for more than a night. The surrounding is not noisy and I slept well enough. I was the on May 2025 and surprisingly no deposit was taken on that time.

small hotel about 20 mins walk from the the train station, central Ipoh areas. there is not much going on night time ,only a couple local eatries round the corner. the room is ok , reasonable size, with TV but no water bottles provided. When checked in, we were asked to pay RM40 tourism tax(2 rooms *2nights) which had been paid to Trips.com already. we were too tired to argue after a long journey.. Told Trips.com about the double charge, they said they will provide us a refund, GOOD ! Will not return to this hotel again

Nice front desk staff, they assisted me with a few bad guest's next door commiting harassment. and took it seriously. Very clean rooms, nice carpet and quite big near the cultural street.

Everything was good.

The hotel abit dark. Very crippy at night. Luckily i stay with my family.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, far from the old city and the new city, and it is inconvenient to travel. The vehicles on the main road are busy and noisy, which affects the rest. It is not recommended to book this hotel.

The room on the first night had a window facing the road, which was quite noisy. Then we changed to an inner room, which was very quiet. In addition, the location was good. The bed sheets and quilt covers in the room were very clean. Although the folk customs were simple, they were clean. Someone cleaned them every day. The space was large and the price was affordable. It was a good choice! I stayed here for 8 consecutive days and had a happy trip overall!

We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. We took a taxi to the hotel from the bus station; it’s also better to go to the railway station; the old city center and the busy area are about a 15-20 minute walk. There is a cafe next to the hotel where you can have a snack. The hotel staff is friendly, there were no conflict situations, we even checked in a little earlier. The room corresponds to the description, there is everything you need. Quite clean, but no cleaning was carried out, we stayed for 2 nights. There is no kettle or hairdryer in the room, but this is all available on the floor for general use. Overall a good option for the money.

The location isn't that great, but the room was spacious.
