We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly top-notch — the staff were incredibly attentive and even upgraded us to a larger room because we had big luggage, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel is very new, clean, and stylish, with a sleek modern design. It features smart technology throughout the rooms, making everything super convenient and user-friendly. From lighting to room controls, everything felt intuitive and high-tech. There’s also a laundry room on-site, which was really handy during our stay, especially for longer trips. Plus, there are plenty of great eateries just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a meal or snack anytime. Overall, it was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay again!

For the cost, this is probably the best hotel I've stayed in. Amenities are great, didn't expect to be able to wash clothes for free and little things like wireless charging station in the room and autoflushing toilet were cool little bonuses The place is very clean and modern as well, it's also very convenient to get to renhuang mountain from here

The first time I went to Huzhou was to watch my Thailander LG's concert. I chose the administrative center Atour, which left a very good impression on me. It was a good stay. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room for free, gave us children's slippers and toothbrush sets, and poured us some water. There is a shopping mall just outside the door, and there are many places to eat!

The room started to make noise the next morning, and the front desk said it would stop around 12:00, and they would extend our check-out to 4:00. I thought it was okay, but it ended at 3:00, so I couldn't get any sleep during my nap. Everything else was good, new, and clean.

Very disappointed! The service of this Atour is really not as good as that in Xining! If it says 25-40 square meters, it must be 25 square meters. The room is small. The facilities are OK except for the air conditioner. The air conditioner makes strange noises in the middle of the night, and it is too hot and there is no way to turn it off. I couldn't fall asleep at all in the middle of the night. I called the front desk for help at around 4 o'clock in the middle of the night. The front desk said there was no way, or give me earplugs. The point is that I brought my child with me, how could I use earplugs? Afterwards, the hotel didn't feel sorry at all! Is this the culture of Atour to treat guests? Not recommended! The soundproofing is not good, but everything else is good. There are two pillow options, the smart toilet flushes automatically (no cleaning function), and the smart curtains only have two options: fully open or fully closed, which is not very convenient
