"Facilities: Check-in was a breeze. The hotel has multiple shuttle buses that can take guests to the front desk, restaurants, pet park, and other locations at any time, which is very efficient. There's also a 24-hour self-service convenience store in the hotel, so even if you get hungry at night, you can easily grab some snacks and drinks. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is excellent. Most rooms seem to be suites with large terraces, very spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Environment: The rooms are nestled among bamboo groves, scattered and tranquil, offering great privacy. Outside the window, there are vast bamboo forests, a treat for the eyes and lungs. The most unique feature is the breakfast restaurant where you can feed giraffes up close. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I hope they can set up a designated feeding area to guide guests for feeding and photos. This way, guests who can't sit by the window can still feed the giraffes without disturbing other diners. Service: The shuttle buses operate 24/7, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic ❤️, highly recommend! 👍 Welcome Fruit: In addition to the fruit and snack box in the room, there were also drinks and popsicles provided during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. Giraffe Manor Scenic Area Tickets for Two Adults and One Child: This hotel belongs to the same group as the Little Panda Manor in Xishuangbanna. I visited the Little Panda Manor during the Dragon Boat Festival and was impressed by their dedication to animals, making it one of the best interactive animal viewing parks. Giraffe Manor also takes excellent care of its animals, offering many interactive experiences, which was fantastic. The slide experience was also great."

The penguin exhibit in the lobby is still a favorite with the kids and is quite unique. The underground passage leads directly to the performing arts complex, making it incredibly convenient to explore the ancient town and see shows without being exposed to the elements or having to take a detour. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Parking is free for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting the Grand Circus and the Animal World. It's suitable for both family trips and romantic getaways. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"

"The room was quite spacious, but perhaps due to the hotel's age and lakeside location, there was a strong musty smell, especially from the air conditioning. I've stayed at many Marriott brands, including several Sheratons, and the hygiene at this Sheraton was concerning. The service also didn't live up to the price; it felt like paying a high price without getting good service. When I brought up the hygiene issue, the duty manager surprisingly said that because there were no vacant rooms at the time, they had given us a room that had been quickly cleaned without being properly inspected before check-in. This level of service from such a brand is truly disappointing."

The room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views of the city skyline at night. The bedding was the perfect firmness, making for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area and was very clean with no noticeable odors. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including local specialties and Western breakfasts, with hot dishes replenished promptly, ensuring I was well-fed. The hotel's gym and swimming pool are free to use, allowing for some light exercise and relaxation. Overall, I didn't encounter any unpleasant situations, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I would definitely consider this hotel again next time I visit Huzhou."

The only downside is that the room windows don't open, so there's no natural airflow."

"Except for the manager, other staff have no sense of service. The sofa is dirty. The room was cleaned by the cleaning staff after I called "Do Not Disturb". The breakfast is unpalatable. They do not allow late check-out. The latest check-out time is 12:30. Except for the bath outside the room, which is OK, other experiences are very bad."

A big thanks to housekeeper Xiao Xiong for the excellent arrangements. The only minor drawback was that it got a bit noisy in the mornings due to more guests staying over the weekend, but otherwise, our experience was great in all other aspects."

"Why I gave a bad review: First, the hotel told me I could only check in after 3 PM, but the app said check-in was at 2 PM! (Aren't you misleading consumers?) Second, the room was small (the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens), and it was on a high floor, over 20 stories, making waiting for the elevator difficult. I'm not complaining about 1 or 2 PM check-in; why can't I stay in the room you booked? There are plenty of hotels around for a few hundred yuan. Was I stupid? Franchise stores are just poorly managed."
