The location is really convenient close to the city center, the marina, restaurants etc... pleasant staff

Too disappointed

Come to the Red Sea for a vacation with your girlfriends View: the sea view is really good Facilities: but the hotel facilities are too old Hygiene: If you don't mind the poor sanitary conditions, this hotel's value for money is okay. Service: The quality does need to be improved, some are good and some are bad. For example, our check-in was very good, but the check-out person was very impatient. Food: This is the most unacceptable thing. All kinds of drinks are filled with water. I can still accept the juice with water. The milk is also filled with water and has no milk flavor at all. So many families bring their children and everyone is very angry!

The best Man at the bar.Always Smiling, With greate sence of humor. Kids loves him and adults also! He make the best drinks and beer served by him taste better. Doing the best drinks with love and passion. Always there when we need him helpful and gentle. A real Gentleman

To start with, the hall entrance looked really luxurious, shiny and clean. When we saw our room we were surprised how big and cosy it was. Unfortunately the bathroom was not that spacious and it was not cleaned properly. It was hard to shower inside. The food was delicious and various. The restaurants in the base were good for the price. The staff was friendly if they were tipped of course with some exceptions.

Super the personals and hotel.Everything was very nice. A very beautiful place to relax with good friends. The service and staff are excellent in everything. I recommend visiting this unique place. We will come here to this hotel again...

Just had the best holiday in this hotel. Perfect location, very close to everything you could want/need. Pools very good and always loungers available at any time of the day. Food is different every night and always very good. Staff are all very friendly and always happy to help and have a laugh. Animation team also great, lots of activities every day at the beach for you to join if you would like and different shows every night. I can’t wait to return already.

Don't book this hotel, don't go to this group of hotels. You get a terrible room the first night and then you pay for an "upgrade". It is the biggest scam you end up paying more for your holiday. The food is awful, to the point I couldn't leave the room for 2 days. Then its £36 for meds and then you cant eat fish or salads. The staff do not like women, not even the female staff. It isn't safe to leave your kids alone in the pool for a minute. It is supposed to be relaxing but it is anything but relaxing. Spa staff will harass you 6-10 times a day. Its very low brow.

The service was suspended. Beach was clean and well. Room service was good and AC working perfect. Food and drinks was good.
