酒店的服務非常好，除了有火車站免費接送，還有下午茶（水果，飲料和糕點）和晚安甜湯（紅棗雪梨銀耳湯）以及酒店到西溪南景區門口的接駁車（其實走路也很近，大概10-15分鐘）。
這次端午出行，酒店免費升級了房型，房間很寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離很乾凈。早餐也很豐盛，一人一份，有主食（徽州特色澆頭面/等小餛飩）+雞蛋+其他點心（蒸餃/饅頭/蒸糕/紅薯/）+水果等等
總之，整體住宿體驗非常好👍🏻

酒店位置很不錯，周邊都是樹木，旁邊就是江。服務也很好，黃山北站接送。這個房間有點小，一個人住夠了，房間可能是靠近空調外機，晚上有點嗡嗡的聲音，不過不影響我睡眠，需要特別安靜的環境最好和酒店提前溝通。

這次端午節的出行，特別感謝酒店人員的周到接待，從高鐵站的商務車接送，到去西溪南的電瓶車帶路，還有下午茶和甜湯的免費供應，房間裏連浴缸套和馬桶坐墊都配得很齊全，帶着兩個小朋友也玩得很愉快、舒心！[愛心][愛心]下次會再來家裡長者家來，也會推薦給身邊的朋友們來玩[呲牙]

周邊自然環境很美，房間設施衞生都還不錯，服務還有待提升，剛到的時候按定位到了門口，工作人員有提前發消息説會在門口等，導航顯示快到的時候跟工作人員説了，但是到了後並沒有人來接，因為外部是餐廳沒有明顯的酒店門頭，以為走錯了地方，在門口站了好久旁邊桌子的男士站起來問是不是辦入住的，才帶我們進去，房間外部是一個陽光房，房間裏面太熱了沒製冷。
