"It's rare for B&Bs to have underground parking, but this one does, complete with an elevator directly to the ground floor lobby for check-in – a real hotel-like convenience. This also means your car stays cool, even on scorching summer days. The B&B itself is spotless, and all common areas are comfortably air-conditioned. The staff, from the front desk and the proprietress to the restaurant servers, were incredibly warm and helpful. They even thoughtfully brought out mosquito repellent when they saw us sitting outside – a very nice touch. The laundry room is accessible until 9 PM, and they even offer a fantastic service where staff will wash, dry, fold, and deliver your clothes back to your room. Truly exceptional service! They provide an electric shuttle service to Xixinan; you just need to call 5 minutes before you want to be picked up. The scenic area isn't large but wonderfully uncommercialized, filled with charming local shops. The fish lantern display at night was vibrant and festive, just like celebrating Chinese New Year! The locals were so warm and down-to-earth, even spontaneously lighting off fireworks. Right outside the B&B, there's a small stream where you can fish. In the evenings, they even have a live singer – apparently, it's the only B&B in the area with live music! The ambiance was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast is served in a 'Jiugongge' (nine-grid platter) style, which was more than enough. The baozi (steamed buns) and wontons were freshly made, and you could always ask for more staple foods if you needed. To top it all off, they even gave us a thoughtful souvenir when we checked out. So considerate!"

But the amazing thing is, once you wind up the hill, the hustle and bustle of the city is instantly cut off. Returning to the hotel is like transitioning from the battlefield of work to private sanctuary—a stark contrast you won't find in any downtown hotel. The project negotiations were tough, and my spirits were constantly on edge. But back at the hotel that evening, I quickly checked in at the 24-hour front desk and, upon entering my room, was soothed by the panoramic city view outside the window. The quiet and powerful air conditioning quickly dispelled the oppressive heat outside. A refreshingly hot shower washed away all the fatigue. The internet was incredibly fast, allowing me to efficiently handle follow-up emails. Most satisfying was the rare peace and quiet. The soundproofing was excellent, completely obliterating any noise from the hallway or neighbors, allowing me to enjoy a rare, deep, undisturbed night's sleep. The next morning, I enjoyed a hearty buffet breakfast in the restaurant, boasting breathtaking views. Facing the lush greenery and distant cityscape, while sipping freshly ground coffee, I unexpectedly found a touch of vacation-like relaxation. Before departing, I even enjoyed a free charging station to fully recharge for the upcoming trip. This wasn't just a staycation; it felt like a ”mental massage” for a productive business trip. It perfectly strikes the right balance between the efficiency and convenience required for business, and the tranquility and restorative feeling travelers crave. "The store didn't let me help with the evaluation. After struggling for a long time, I decided to give a good review - because I think it's really good. I'm afraid that too many people will book it if the evaluation is too good, and the price will increase or it will not be booked next time. Hahahahaha~ I stayed for 12 hours and wanted to take 120 photos. It's a very small and beautiful hotel. The garden design is beautiful, the interior design is convenient, and the key is that the price-performance ratio is really high. And it breaks my perception of homestays. I always think that the management of homestays may have some problems and the hygiene may not be in place, but this one is really super clean. It's the only homestay where you can take a bath with confidence. All service staff are very good. They have basic confirmation of the itinerary pick-up station and will help coordinate the arrangements for guests. The toiletries are also very easy to use. After taking a bath, you can go directly to the public bathroom. Although it is also small, the toiletries are complete. In short, the design is full of humanistic care everywhere. The overall feeling is comparable to that of a high-end hotel. The tea sent is also very fragrant. Before leaving, a small bag of tea was sent as a souvenir. "Highly, highly recommend! 5⭐️ Service: The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming! We were able to communicate via WeChat and organize transportation beforehand. Location: This guesthouse is a 5 minute drive from the main Hongcun Village entrance and the owners kindly drove us there! Although this hotel isn’t inside the village itself, it’s still convenient and in a quiet location! It’s a 1 hour drive from the Huangshan North Railway station and 1 hour drive to the Huangshan Tangkou Transfer Center. Food: There’s a restaurant on-site which has an extensive dinner menu. Honestly, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the premises! Very convenient and the food is good quality- highly recommend. Amenities: The guesthouse is newly renovated and has top notch furnishings. Everything is clean and comfortable. The floor heating was nice to have in December!"

"The accommodation was excellent. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing guests with a hand-drawn map of Huangshan, trekking poles, and raincoats. They were also very helpful in answering our questions and provided excellent advice on planning our itinerary. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just about 300 meters from the South Gate and 200 meters from the Xiaoyao Stream transfer station. The hotel's own restaurant was also very clean, and the food was delicious."

"I went on vacation with my boyfriend. I was too tired after climbing Huangshan Mountain and wanted to take a rest. The owner of the B&B near Nanmen Gate said that the Emerald Valley here is suitable for leisure, so I chose the City of Silent B&B. The B&B is very special and eye-catching. It has a special Hui-style feel, and there is also a check-in spot for Internet celebrities. We stayed in a double bed room with a yard. We made tea here and blew in the wind. It felt very enjoyable.
