這次黃山之行最糟糕的體驗，7.8月暑期旺季特地挑選了適合親子的酒店，帶着兩個孩子出行，價格1400多一晚，衹是為了給孩子好的體驗，但大失所望，不得不説民宿衞生環境真的堪憂。第一：我預訂的親子上下鋪套房隨意給我更換成小了6個平方的另外一種的房間，詢問時被告知他家從來都沒有親子上下鋪，也沒有為此做出道歉和任何解釋。但是我預訂的時候看的很仔細，可見民宿老闆隨意敷衍，隨意更改客户產品。第二：剛插上房卡，房間燈一亮，小朋友就被巨大的蟑螂嚇哭了。後發現牆上也有，可以點開視頻觀看。但是民宿經理解釋衹是小飛蟲，也並未給我們做任何床鋪更換和清理。在協商無果的前提下，半夜讓我帶着兩個孩子更換酒店！！！！態度擺爛，極差！！！第三：因為已是晚上11點多孩子爬完山都很累了。我衹能選擇明天再要個説法，結果第二天一醒來，孩子因為用了蟑螂爬過的床單被套滿身滿臉紅疹過敏，退房時至今未有工作人員給予解決方案和反饋！！！

房間很大，早餐挺好吃的。酒店的泳池跟温泉讓黃山之旅疲倦感至少減掉5分。靠馬路那邊的房間，會聽到汽車路噪聲，靠近温泉這邊就很安靜。
