In terms of the services provided by the hotel, both the software and hardware are very strong. The front desk added me on WeChat and sent me a Huangshan travel guide, which contains all the information I need; and provides transfer center pick-up and drop-off services. And I was proactively contacted through WeChat to remind me of the things I left behind. The facilities are very practical. I stayed in 505, which is completely equipped with two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. In addition to the reasonable layout and sufficient facilities, there are Toshiba toilet seats and Panasonic massage chairs, as well as a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The laundry room is free and self-service. I didn't wait during the May Day holiday and used it as soon as I got there. The three of us were given breakfast when we checked in. After eating breakfast, I felt that it was about the same level as Sheraton, with Western full meals, Chinese breakfasts, and noodles made to order.
