挺好的。環境。乾淨很新，枕頭好舒服。真的是很少有枕頭舒服的酒店名宿。是乳膠整頭。對於我這種頸椎病患者太友好了。枕頭不好我都睡不着。最愛枕頭。想帶回家。什麼牌子的。我真的出門在外受不了軟綿綿的枕頭。都要在底下放一瓶水。

一間房好評是我信守承諾，但是後面的內容才是實際體驗。首先，服務特別拉垮，辦入住的時候詢問保潔人員有沒有衞生間，態度特別差，愛答不理，入住以後發現進門地上一大團頭髮，桌子上若干頭髮，馬桶裏麪還有污漬，畫面太美就不拍照了，儘管給安排換了房間，但是還是對衞生非常擔憂，最讓人受不了的，是住房之前，問店家好評是否給送早餐，賣家回答可以的，然後到了吃早餐的時候，酒店説我們定了3間房，衹給送一個人的早餐，其他人需要自己買，早餐內容就甭提了，如此出爾反爾的酒店一生黑。

酒店位置還可以，設施確實不值房價。衞生間水漫金山，洗完澡下水根本不流，特別差勁。服務差勁，給前台要一瓶礦泉水都不給，十一假期出來這麼幾天，這家體驗感最差……
