The room quilt and toilet towels were not changed. As soon as I checked into the hotel, I found long hair on the bed, holes in the quilt and pillow, and there was a smell. The quilt cover and pillow were not changed at all. They were very dirty!! The toilet towels were yellow and dirty and I dared not use them. It was so disgusting. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I sincerely recommend friends who book hotels to compare more and choose a good hotel to stay in!!
