It was an amazing experience! We felt very welcomed from the first day. The staff is very friendly and always eager to serve all our needs.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service
Service is top notch - from the morning even before we checked in, they helped plan our entire route on the mountain, and made sure we were taken care of the entire way - giving us ponchos in case it rained, checking us in early to wash up before another big hike etc. The leg massager is clutch and they'll also prepare a foot bath for you at the end of the day.
Room is comfortable and what sets this place apart is the tranquility of the entire complex.
The location is quite good too - a decent walk 30 minutes away from the Yunggu cable car, which gives you an "easier out" if you want to exit the mountain without having to hike too much. It's also a short 10-15 minute walk to a great lookout for the sunrise.
Food was excellent, balanced and well worth the price, especially considering you're at the top of a mountain.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we came back!

算得上是黃山上目前最好的酒店了，服務環境標準極高！
酒店就在北海賓館對面的隱藏空間，古樸的木門推開映入眼聯的福地。服務人員都是笑容温婉，聲線柔美。恰逢大雨，管理全程問候，幫忙預約挑夫，幫忙準備除濕機，還拿來了泡腳盆及開水。進門開始，感受到無微不至的妥帖！還有足部按摩儀，簡直拯救了雙腿！
晚餐是固定的套餐，每日新鮮運上山的食材，確實非常美味，尤其是新鮮的小鱖魚，直接顛覆我對徽菜的印象，鮮嫩美味！飯後還有住客的活動，篆香書法品茶孩子還有毛筆畫畫。篆香的妹妹甜美有趣，娃娃超級喜歡😘
飯後回房間，看到了舒眠晚安燉品。還有迷你吧暢飲，裡頭的牛奶娃娃非常喜歡！早晨沖了咖啡也非常香！早餐送入屋子的服務也相當到位了，畢竟爬完山第二天，連床都不想起！
房間寬敞整潔，除了屋內除濕機大了點聲其他的基本完美！徽式食盒裡的點心很好吃，器物相當精緻，連紙巾盒都用了非遺香雲紗，細節非常到位了！小院子靜逸且舒心！
總體非常滿意，下次來黃山，一定還來！

民宿位置很好，離纜車近，看日落日出都不遠，周圍景點也很多。民宿佈置得很温馨，工作人員服務真的是非常熱情周到，會根據客人的體力幫忙設計路線，如果出現要景區退費的情況，民宿的工作人員都會主動幫忙聯繫，完全不用自己操心。而且民宿的飯菜出品精良，十分可口！黃山非常雄偉壯觀，民宿的服務又給我們此次的黃山之行增色不少，十分感謝民宿的所以工作人員如此貼心周到的服務！

從客房到餐飲，服務十分認真仔細，真是像回到家裡一樣，我路上弄丟的東西還都幫忙找回來，房間裏的配置就是回家+六星級酒店的感覺。
硬件環境更是不用説了，在黃山地理位置非常好的地方，這次連住兩晚，我們一家四口都十分喜歡，下次來還會住這裏。
推薦晚餐的鱖魚仔，推薦嘗試打香篆，推薦在房間門口看松樹吹風

自此重新刷新了我心目中國內住宿的排行，目前的no.1。不知該定義為酒店還是民宿，反正無所謂了。位於北海賓館對面，挨着墨筆生花，派出所隔壁很隱匿的一條小徑很容易被忽略的木門，進入後別有一番天地，整體佈局像是個小村落，所有房間依山錯落呈現，所有建築都是修舊翻新。我訂的是雲逸，有個帶泡池的小院子，爬完山在泡池裡消解疲憊，抬頭便是星星月亮作伴。從訂下房間的一刻，你就不必擔心如何上山，如何遊覽，管家便會幫你安排妥當，上山vip綠通，司機會按照時間從山下你的位置給你送到索道口，走綠通直接上纜車，不用管南大門多少人排隊，也不用琢磨纜車多少人排隊，都和你無關。我們週六又是暑假，司機7:30接上我們，我們真正抵達雲亼還不到9點，懂了吧？房間硬件肯定比不過住過的悦榕莊那種別院，也比不了安曼，六善，但畢竟是在景區內，建築和佔地面積受限，而且所有東西都是山下挑山工背上來的。但是服務這一項做到了頂端，不是某個人服務好，而且全員服務好，並且全部是主動式的服務，基本客人什麼都不用説，全都想在客人前面，這點實屬很難做到。暑期來了，雲亼的房基本都爆滿，所以説明貴不是問題，是要配的上價格。下次再去黃山依舊會選擇這裏，感謝雲亼給我們帶來的極致住宿體驗。
