Huangshan Bai Yun Hotel

Baiyun Hotel is located at the top of the Huangshan mountain within close proximity to major attractions. The room I booked is in area B with magnificent views. The facilities at Baiyun is top notch. I was also blown away by the attentive services provided by care taker Huang Xing Hua (黄星华). She provided daily updates on weather conditions on Huangshan and things to note, which made it super easy for guests. I would highly recommend Baiyun Hotel to others who is planning to travel to Huangshan.

I had a pleasant stay at Bai Yun. The service was great, amazing food, used the massage chairs. It was amazing! Would definetely recommend! 小敏 was amazing, she did everything for me. I even lost my room key card and she made sure I got a new one without any fees.

This hotel is the epitome of excellence in terms of services. As a retiree, Huangshan has been on my bucket list for decades. Since most of my friends of my age had either visited Huangshan or refused to climb a mountain, I decided to embark on this solo adventure. I chose Bai Yun Hotel based on its location and highly regarded reviews. My experience was even more impressive and breathtaking than I had anticipated. From the moment I inquired with the tourism bureau at Huangshan to the daily routines, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. A special mention goes to the guest manager, Xiao Ming (小敏). Knowing that I was alone, she checked on me regularly via WeChat, ensuring my safety and well-being. She even went above and beyond by allowing me to enjoy my brunch after my morning tour, even though it was beyond their breakfast hours! Xiao Ming’s team truly deserves a 10-star review! They did everything possible to make my stay memorable. The room maid even found my mini opera binoculars under my bed after I checked out and promptly called me so I could retrieve this precious item before I left the mountain. That’s the 11th golden star I would like to give! Huangshan is not just for the young and adventurous; it’s for all age groups, thanks to the exceptional team at Bai Yun Hotel.

We had a great stay here. 石小敏is our personal butler and attended to all our needs, providing us with birthday noodles, fresh orange juice, coffee, etc. The service provided by her is impeccable. Definitely a great place to stay if u intend to stay overnight in 黄山 and see the sunrise.

i had a really pleasant stay here, but what stood out the most was the staff — especially 宋书琳. i reached out to her very last minute when i realised i might not be able to catch my train (which meant i’d miss my flight too), and she went above and beyond to help. she patiently guided me through everything — from what time we should start heading down the mountain, to when the cable cars and buses start operating. she even went the extra mile to contact a driver she knew to make sure we had transport that early in the morning. all this was outside of her working hours, which made me even more grateful. thanks to her, everything went smoothly and i managed to catch my train and flight. the hotel itself is also conveniently located in the centre, with restaurants and shops nearby. overall, a great experience and i’m really thankful for the warm hospitality. 这次入住的体验非常愉快，但让我印象最深刻的是酒店的员工——特别是宋书琳。 在我快要出发的前一晚，才突然发现自己很可能赶不上火车（如果错过火车，就意味着也会错过已经订好的航班），当时真的非常着急。幸好联系到了宋书琳，她非常耐心又细心地帮助我，从什么时候该开始下山、缆车和巴士的运营时间，都一步步为我解答。她甚至还特地联系了一位熟悉的司机，担心我们一大早在山里打不到车。最让我感动的是，她做这些的时候其实已经下班了，却依然尽心尽力地帮助我。正是因为她的帮助，我才能顺利赶上火车和航班，真的非常感谢！ 酒店的位置也很方便，就在中心地段，附近有餐厅和商店。整体体验很好，很感谢这里的热情与周到。
