非常棒的一次入住體驗！心念唸的黃山終於來了！雨中入住，前台非常熱情！管家小范十分專業負責，主動升級了房間並推送了有價值的訊息。房間也比想像中的大並設施齊全。在黃山山頂有這樣一間五星級酒店十分驚喜！早餐也十分豐富！第二天凌晨還有酒店人員帶領我們看日出！非常滿意！棒棒噠！！！

服務：運氣不錯，獲得了免費升房機會，原本預訂的b區升到了a區。另外，當天下午黃山上下暴雨，到店身上都濕了，管家幫忙安排了烘鞋器，第二天鞋襪都幹了，很不錯。管家還提供了從酒店設施服務到第二天日出的訊息，很全面
設施：酒店是五星級的，設施很經典。衞生間內還有烘乾架，很方便
環境：酒店在半山腰，環境很安靜，離丹霞峯日出觀景點也很近，酒店門口還有機會看雲海

黃山西海飯店的“早起看日出”服務非常貼心，安排得很周到，讓人能輕鬆無憂地體驗到美麗的山景與日出，非常難忘👍。
不過有兩點小建議：一是房間裏若能配備泡腳桶，會更方便客人在登山勞累後放松；二是早餐的動線設計稍顯擁擠，如果能優化取餐順序和佈局，體驗會更加舒適。
整體來説，這次入住體驗很棒，下次還會考慮再來。
